Over the weekend, President Trump gave out Republican Senator Tom Cotton’s personal cell phone number, asking Arkansans to pressure Cotton to support “The Sunshine Protection Act.” Trump wants Cotton, who he says is holding up the bill because of his “ego” to support the measure passed by the House that would make Daylight Saving Time permanent. Time is running out for the President, who wants to stop the clocks from falling back on November 1, as recent polls show Americans split on how they want the hands of time to land.
