On October 6, 2003 a pilot returned to pick up the campers he had dropped off in the remote Alaskan wilderness a week earlier. When there was no sign of the campers, he made a quick search and crossed paths with an agitated brown bear. He called Park Rangers and when they arrived to investigate, they discovered the horrific aftermath of a vicious bear attack that killed 2 people. If that wasn’t horrifying enough, investigators soon found themselves listening to the final moments of the victims’ lives that were captured on audio.
