I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high A1c and diabetes, I had acid reflux so bad I couldn't lay down to sleep. Developing good habits can improve your health because most of your daily health outcomes are shaped by what you do consistently, not occasionally. Good habits support your body without requiring constant willpower. When actions like eating balanced meals, moving your body, drinking water, or going to bed at a regular time become automatic, your body gets what it needs to function well. You are less likely to rely on last-minute decisions that often lead to unhealthy choices.
