In this third (and final) part of this 3 week series, we take a look at Tach V'tat-the pogroms during the Chmielnitsky uprising in 1648 and 1649. We examine the origins of Polish Jewry, understand the geopolitical and economic context of the rebellion, and look at how these tragic experiences changed the Jewish people moving forward.
