      I apologize for the MASSIVE DELAY for episode 19! I tore my rotator cuff which makes editing difficult and I also went 7 whole ass days without adderall due to the shortage so productivity was tough. Needless to say 2 episodes weekly going forward! Episode 19: I give a recap of my chaotic New Years. I also share my the 10 lessons I learned from the longest year of my life. Stay tuned for episode 20 lots of big info coming. Lessons I’ve learned in 2022….. 1. Life Changes in an instant so don’t forget to be grateful for everything you have. 2. Chasing success and happiness will never lead to contentment with life. Embrace the journey because that’s where you will find true happiness 3. You truly learn more from falling than watching your step. It’s okay to fail and make mistakes but you gotta learn from it rather than be biter. 4. Tell everyone you love them often. 5. Smile, Always 6. Don’t dwell on the negativity of others. 7. Everything happens for a reason 8. Family isn’t defined by blood, it’s defined by those who stick by your side through the highs and lows 9. Don’t let small minded individuals tell you that your dreams are too big. Chase your dreams or passions in life. 10. Get comfortable with the uncomfortable
