  • My Journey Redefined | From Hiding to Healing
    Mar 15 2025

For years, I let fear of judgment hold me back. My imperfect smile became more than just a physical insecurity—it shaped how I moved through life, dimming my confidence and silencing my voice. In this solo episode of Thee Group Chat, I take you through my journey of breaking free from those limiting beliefs, sharing the experiences and negative encounters that created that cycle of self-doubt.

But this isn’t just about me—it’s about the process of transformation. That same journey led me to become a life coachfocused on healing, developing a framework to help others do the same. Through my 90-day healing journal, My Journey Redefined, I created a guide to walk you through the three phases that changed my life: Recognize, Release, Redefine.

I also share how AJ McQueen’s music became a catalyst for my redefined season—one where I no longer shrink myself but step boldly into my purpose. If you’ve ever struggled with self-acceptance, this episode is for you.

  • College Vs. Life
    Feb 15 2025

Graduating college is supposed to be exciting… but what happens when fear, uncertainty, and self-doubt creep in? In this episode of Thee Group Chat, I sit down with JayRay from Real Talk Radio Podcast to unpack the real struggles of life after college—navigating adulthood, losing the built-in support system of school, and stepping into opportunities we sometimes feel unworthy of.

Coming from different family backgrounds, we share how our upbringings shaped our expectations of success. We both had limited family examples of college graduates—but that didn’t make the transition into adulthood any easier. From imposter syndrome to the harsh reality of “grown-up” responsibilities, we get real about the mental shifts needed to embrace the life we actually want.

If you’ve ever felt unprepared for what’s next or struggled with owning your success, this episode is for you. Let’s talk about it!

  • Missed Flight to Tulum | Worrying
    Feb 1 2025

In this episode I share with you how worrying before my trip to Tulum caused me to miss my flight and having to spend 24 hours in Miami. I go in depth about the realization of how worrying only creates more reasons to worry. With mention of Author Candace Hanna and how her book Warrior Queendom played a role in me hearing the voice of God. I pour up some "tea" that's good for your consumption, literally and figuratively. Instead of spilling tea, which is just messy.
