Can we create a better whiskey by blending bourbon and rye? In Episode 1 of the Ten Glen Society Bourbon New Blending Series, JB and Todd team up with Barrel King and Matt Porter from ADHD Whiskey to taste six barrel samples and experiment with creating their own custom whiskey blends.

Joining us are Barrel King's Sidney Vassallo, Distillery Manager Matt Bunch, and Chief Tasting Officer Matt Porter. Together, we explore the art of bourbon blending, barrel finishing, and what it takes to create a whiskey with the right balance of flavor, complexity, and finish.

What makes Acadian Lore Bourbon different? Founder Matt Myres joins the Ten Glen Society Podcast to share the story behind Chapter Zero, a limited-release, 117-proof, rum-finished bourbon inspired by Louisiana heritage.
