  • AI Expert: Most People Have No Idea What AI Can Actually Do | Dr. Alex Mehr
    Nov 2 2026
Most people are using AI like a glorified search engine. They ask ChatGPT a question, get an answer, and move on. But what if artificial intelligence could actually do the work for you? In this episode of The Super Human Life, Coach Frank Rich sits down with Dr. Alex Mehr, former NASA scientist, co-founder of Zoosk, and CEO of Famous Labs, to explore the rapidly evolving world of AI agents, automation, and what this technology means for the future of business, work, and human potential. Alex explains why AI agents represent a major shift beyond traditional chatbots, how everyday people can use them to accomplish complex tasks, and why the barriers to turning an idea into reality are becoming smaller than ever before. But this conversation goes much deeper than technology. Drawing on his journey from NASA scientist to successful entrepreneur, Alex shares why curiosity and experimentation are essential for growth, why creating something meaningful is more fulfilling than endless consumption, and what will separate successful people as AI makes technical execution increasingly accessible. In this episode, you'll discover: What AI agents can do that most people still don't realize is possible. The difference between traditional AI chatbots and autonomous AI agents. How AI and automation are changing entrepreneurship, productivity, and everyday life. Why creativity, craftsmanship, and specialized expertise may become more valuable in the age of AI. Alex's simple 15-minute technique for turning an unorganized idea into an actionable plan. Why embracing curiosity and experimentation can help you stay ahead of rapid technological change. The difference between being a consumer and becoming a creator—and why that distinction matters for long-term fulfillment. How to build a meaningful life by creating something that outlasts you. Whether you're an entrepreneur, business owner, professional, or simply curious about the future of artificial intelligence, this conversation will challenge you to rethink what's possible—and what you choose to do with that possibility. About Dr. Alex Mehr Dr. Alex Mehr is an entrepreneur, inventor, former NASA scientist, and CEO of Famous Labs, the company behind SuperCool, an AI-powered creation platform. • I Meditated Every Day For Almost 9 Years. Here's The Biggest Lesson. w/ Jeff Wickersham | Ep. 352
    Oct 26 2026

What if you're winning in business but failing to show up as the man your family actually needs?

After 3,225 consecutive days of meditation, Jeff Wickersham has learned something most men overlook: mastering your mind isn't about silencing your thoughts. It's about learning to control your response.

In this episode of The Super Human Life, Coach Frank Rich sits down with Jeff Wickersham, founder of The Warrior Dad, bestselling author, and high-performance coach, to explore what it really takes to rebuild your identity, develop unshakable self-trust, and become a better husband, father, and leader.

Jeff shares how losing his mother to breast cancer, overcoming destructive habits, and committing to nearly a decade of personal growth transformed his approach to life.

Together, Frank and Jeff uncover why so many men appear successful on the outside but feel unfulfilled behind closed doors, why consuming personal development content isn't the same as changing, and how small, consistent actions create lasting confidence.

They also dive into Jeff's seven-step Morning Fire routine, the difference between discipline and perfectionism, rebuilding trust in marriage, and the everyday decisions that determine the kind of father your children will remember.

    In this episode, you'll discover:

    • What 3,225 days of meditation taught Jeff about emotional control and self-mastery.

    • Why successful men can still struggle with confidence, fulfillment, and relationships.

    • The difference between being a "librarian of the mind" and a "warrior of the mind."

    • How to build genuine self-trust by consistently keeping small promises to yourself.

    • Jeff's seven-step Morning Fire routine for building momentum in just 15 minutes.

    • Why lasting personal transformation requires changing your identity, not just your habits.

    • How to rebuild trust with your wife through consistent action rather than empty promises.

    • The fatherhood principles that help men raise confident, resilient, and connected children.

If you're tired of knowing what you need to do but struggling to follow through, this conversation will challenge you to stop living on autopilot and start taking ownership of the man you're becoming.

Because real success isn't just about what you accomplish. It's about who you become and how the people closest to you experience that man.

  • Child Trafficking Expert: The Dangerous Truth About What Porn Is Teaching Our Boys w/ Natasha Nascimento
    Oct 12 2026
What happens when an entire generation of children grows up with unlimited access to pornography, social media, and distorted messages about sex, power, and masculinity? And are we overlooking the deeper issues behind some of the most disturbing sexual misconduct cases making headlines today? In this powerful conversation, Coach Frank Rich welcomes back Natasha Nascimento, founder of Redefining Refuge and a leading advocate for children affected by sexual exploitation and trafficking. With over 16 years on the front lines of child advocacy, Natasha exposes the realities most parents misunderstand about trafficking, the growing dangers of online grooming, and why early exposure to pornography deserves a much bigger conversation. Together, Frank and Natasha examine recent high-profile sexual misconduct allegations, the influence of the manosphere and figures like Andrew Tate, and how entitlement, objectification, and distorted ideas about masculinity can shape the way young people view sex and relationships. They also explore the connection between childhood experiences, shame, power, and control—and why true transformation requires more than simply changing behavior. In this episode, you'll discover: Why child sex trafficking rarely looks the way most people imagine. How smartphones, social media, and online grooming expose children to hidden risks. Why early pornography exposure raises important questions about developing attitudes toward sexuality and intimacy. What recent high-profile sexual misconduct cases reveal about the need for accountability, prevention, and healthier sexual education. How the manosphere can blur the line between masculine empowerment and entitlement. The difference between genuine intimacy and treating another person as an object. How understanding childhood experiences and shame can support meaningful personal transformation. Why parents must identify their children's vulnerabilities before someone else exploits them. What ordinary people can do to help protect vulnerable children. Despite the seriousness of these issues, Natasha offers a powerful message of hope, sharing the extraordinary resilience of the children she serves and why she refuses to give up fighting for them. This isn't just a conversation about protecting children. It's about the responsibility we all have to shape the next generation—and the kind of men, parents, and leaders we're becoming. About Natasha Nascimento Natasha Nascimento is the Founder and Executive Director of Redefining Refuge, a Tampa Bay-based nonprofit dedicated to protecting, advocating for, and supporting children impacted by sexual exploitation and trafficking. Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, Natasha eventually moved to the United States, earning her bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida and a master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. After discovering that children affected by commercial sexual exploitation were being treated as criminals rather than victims, Natasha left a successful career in finance to pursue a mission of advocacy, protection, and systemic change. In 2010, she founded Redefining Refuge, which went on to establish one of Tampa Bay's first specialized therapeutic safe-house programs for trafficked girls. The organization later expanded its approach to provide comprehensive, individualized services for vulnerable and exploited children, including case management, access to therapeutic care, educational support, community resources, and advocacy. Throughout her career, Natasha has worked alongside community organizations, law enforcement, and policymakers to improve protections for children. Her advocacy has included efforts to change Florida legislation, strengthen survivor-centered services, and educate communities about the realities of child trafficking. For her contributions, she has received the Tampa Bay Lightning Foundation's Lightning Community Hero Award and the DeBartolo Family Foundation's Spirit of Humanity Award. Guided by her faith and an unwavering commitment to children's dignity, Natasha continues to challenge misconceptions, advocate for legislative reform, and fight for a future in which vulnerable children are protected, supported, and empowered to rebuild their lives.
