    Oct 24 2026

In this episode, Rebekah Reina Ra shares the story behind Words for the Table: a mother’s effort to offer her sons language for their inner lives, beginning with LIFEFORCE, AWARENESS, PRESENCE, and DISCERNMENT. Through the ordinary rhythms of family life, she reflects on attention, automatic responses, conscious motherhood, and the legacy we create in the small moments at home.

Motherhood can become a place where our own initiation meets the lives we’re helping shape. In this episode, Rebekah reflects on creating Words for the Table—a practice of placing meaningful words within reach of her sons and herself.

    The conversation explores:

    • How the idea for Words for the Table began
    • What LIFEFORCE, AWARENESS, PRESENCE, and DISCERNMENT invite us to notice
    • The difference between moving on automatic and choosing where our attention goes
    • How mothers can model reflection, responsibility, and repair in everyday life
    • The legacy we create by making language and choice available to our children

A reflection to carry with you:
“The legacy is not what I demand that my children become. The legacy is what I place within their reach.”

  • The Corridor - of Unbecoming in Midlife
    Sep 25 2026

What happens when life's foundations begin to dismantle, unraveling who you thought you were and what you wanted too.

Rebekah Reina Ra calls this place the Midlife Corridor: the space between who you were and who you are becoming.

In this episode of The Soul Flame Podcast, Rebekah shares from her own experience of walking this terrain through motherhood, relationship rupture, grief, spiritual awakening, identity change, and the quiet recognition that certain truths could no longer be negotiated away.

This is not about romanticizing rupture or turning every difficult season into a spiritual lesson. It is about recognizing the sacred middle—the season when old identities, agreements, and ways of abandoning ourselves begin to loosen before the new life has fully taken shape.

If you know you cannot go back, but you cannot fully see forward either, this conversation is for you.

You may not be lost. You may be in the Corridor.

  • From inside the messy middle
    Jun 23 2026

Most stories of transformation are told from the other side—after the breakthrough, when the lessons are clear and the experience can be shaped into a meaningful conclusion.

    This episode is different.

I am speaking from within the messy middle.

I am returning to my voice, my work, and greater visibility while still being changed by the threshold I have been walking through. I do not have every answer. I cannot yet see the entire map. But I am learning that I do not need to wait until I have fully arrived before I allow myself to be seen.

In this episode, I share what this season is teaching me about honoring the pace of the body, allowing service to deepen through boundaries, becoming visible without performing certainty, and trusting the next honest step.

This is for the woman standing inside her own in-between season—the woman who knows that something is changing, even if she cannot yet name what she is becoming.

You are not required to turn your becoming into a finished story before it is worthy of being shared.

You are allowed to still be becoming.
