    001. Your crippling anxiety doesn’t have you in a chokehold anymore

2025 brought me to my knees and if that wasn’t enough, it dragged me through the mud. Every bone in my body wanted to give up, to succumb to a hoa hoa timelapse (yes, that scene where Bella stares out the window while the seasons change). But there was ONE thing that kept my head above water: dance. For 3600 seconds, my thoughts belonged to the present. Nothing else mattered.

    002. You start reclaiming that “yeah I can do anything” belief you had as a kid

At some point, someone told me I “couldn’t.” “You’re too FAt to lOOk graceful.” “You’re too clumsy, you’ll fall.” “You’re too slow, you won’t pick up the choreo.” For a decade (or 2), I believed it. It bled into everything I touched. But through dance, I finally hear the voice that’s been gagged for years. Little Colleen whispering, “you can do it, I believe in you.”

    003. You start thinking you’re sexy even when you haven’t hit your “best” weight

For as long as I can remember eating (I KNOWWW), my body grossed me out. Even when I was my thinnest. My body never felt like it belonged to me. I felt like an Airbnb guest desperate to leave but couldn’t. But for the first time this year, I looked at the mirror and thought “heyyyy, I look sexy.” Even though I’m farrrrr from my weight goal.

So the next time your friend gushes about her dance class, LET HER.

You don’t know what it saved her from.

  • Why Your Proven Messaging No longer “Works” (And What to Do About It)
    May 29 2025

If you're an established coach, healer, or transformational leader wondering why your proven messaging suddenly feels... off, this episode is for you.

In this episode, I explore why buyer behavior has shifted and why the messaging that got you here isn't the messaging that will take you where you're going next. We dive into the critical difference between explaining what you do versus why it matters, and why your messaging hasn't caught up with your evolution.

I share why I chose "Messaging State of Mind" over "Decoded"—because authentic messaging isn't a puzzle to solve once, it's a state to maintain. You'll discover why "sell them what they want, not what they need" is actually sabotaging your hottest leads, and how today's discerning buyers want to be seen for who they're becoming, not just validated for where they are.

This isn't about throwing away what you've built—it's about recognizing which pieces of your messaging foundation need to evolve for where you're going next. Because you can't keep trying to go viral off a version of you that worked five years ago.

Your evolution deserves a voice, and it's time to recalibrate your messaging to match the depth of who you've become.

  • Why Your Content Isn't the Problem, Your Messaging Is
    May 5 2025

Feel like you're creating great content but still not connecting with your soulmate clients? In this episode, we dive into the critical difference between content and messaging.

Discover why even the most well-written content falls flat when built on conditioned messaging frameworks that have us all reciting the same "nursery rhymes" of marketing.

I share my personal journey from selling "copy that converts" to embracing embodied messaging—the authentic undercurrent that makes your work uniquely powerful. I'll show you how to follow the breadcrumbs of your own lived approach to uncover what's truly yours.

Because your content isn't the problem—it never was. When your messaging comes from within rather than from what everyone else is doing, you naturally attract soulmate clients who get you, value your work, and are ready for the real transformation you offer.

  • From Copywriter to Embodied Messaging Strategist: Breaking the Old Paradigm
    Apr 28 2025

In this episode, I take you behind the scenes of two powerful inflection points that transformed my path from traditional copywriter to embodied messaging strategist. I share why the word pivot never felt right for me — and why inflection point tells a truer story.

You'll hear how I burned the identity of “copywriter” to the ground, not in rebellion, but in reclamation — to pave a new way of messaging that honors your essence, your truth, and doesn’t require you to sell something that feels misaligned. This is for the creatives, coaches, and entrepreneurs who are done with old-school formulas and ready to speak from a deeper place.

If you’ve ever felt like your messaging was muting your magic — this one’s for you.

  • The Truth About Messaging that Converts: Why It's Attracting the Wrong Clients
    Apr 14 2025

If you’ve been taught to “sell them what they want, not what they need,” this episode is your wake-up call. In this powerful first episode, we unpack the outdated messaging strategies that might be bringing in red flag clients—the ones who don’t want to do the inner work and drain your energy.

This is especially for transformational coaches working in intangible, embodied spaces where real change goes deeper than surface-level promises. You'll learn why conventional "conversion-focused" messaging often sabotages your brand integrity and what to do instead.

Whether you're a seasoned coach or just refining your voice, this episode will shift how you think about messaging strategy and the energetics behind your words.
