I started at a 19.3 handicap in August 2020, and we've made a lot of progress! The Goal is Scratch Golf. Join the journey to zero—one stroke at a time!

Every week, we'll go over what I did to work on my game. I'll share what my handicap was at the beginning of the week, and then walk you through my round that week. I share what score I needed to improve my handicap, and whether or not I shot that score. We'll talk about what went wrong (usually mental game issues) and what went right. Then I'll tell you what differential is getting knocked out of my last 20 rounds, and what my score did to my handicap.

I BUILT this channel for weekend warriors, mid-to-high handicappers, and anyone obsessed with progress.

    Sep 7 2026

Distance off the tee seems to be what everybody obsesses over lately. In this week's episode I'm speaking with an elite + handicap golfer, Travis Liedke (@fundamentalsofgolf) about course strategy. Tons of golden nuggets in this episode. Adam, from the YouTube account @Notascratchgolfer uses a greenlight drive system to make sure he's getting as many chances at GIRs as possible. In today's round, I walk through strategy on how to execute this and give yourself a lot more looks, making your round a lot more fun!

Sometimes it can be very helpful to try the opposite of what you've been trying. That's what I did today, and the results were....eye opening!
