    You just saw President Trump do something long overdue. He banned CNN, Politico, and MS NOW from the White House. Not because they criticize him. Because they repeatedly publish fiction and call it news. The First Amendment protects the right to speak and publish. It does not give any outlet a constitutional right to a hard pass, a seat in the briefing room, or a place in the press pool. Access to the people’s house is a privilege, not an entitlement. Every president has controlled it. The only difference now is that this president is using it against outlets that spent years lying about him. This morning a judge temporarily restored their credentials. Watch what happens next. They will treat that ruling as a license to keep doing exactly what got them thrown out. The Constitution was written to restrain government, not to force the President to host people who treat the truth as optional. Joining me now is retired Army Colonel, attorney, and author Tom Anderson, better known to many of you as Cynical Publius and of course a fellow member of the Massively Influential Conservative Influencers recently attacked by the Washington Post fake news media outlet.

    The question hanging over everything right now: is the panic that artificial intelligence is about to wipe out humanity a genuine alarm… or something closer to a hoax, a liability play, or a well-funded effective altruism researchers cult? A former Anthropic researcher resigns, posts that AI could end civilization inside a decade, and the thing explodes to well over a hundred million views in a day. Within hours, more than twenty elected officials, almost all Democrats, are on camera demanding immediate, sweeping regulation. Bernie Sanders dusts off a bill that would create a new cabinet-level agency, put people in prison for twenty years, and even let the government physically destroy technology it doesn’t like. He compared it to building nuclear weapons. Our guest today, Larry Ward, founding member of the National AI Association, CEO of MarketRithm, has been in this space for two decades. He is not saying AI carries zero risk. He has been warning about bias, about autonomous systems, about treating this as a synthetic entity instead of just another tool. What bothers him is the choreography. The account that posted the warning had almost no history. Followers exploded overnight. A Wall Street Journal exclusive dropped within minutes. The first amplifiers weren’t random citizens; they were people inside the same funded nonprofit networks tied to the companies and investors themselves. That is not how organic panic usually works. That is sequenced. And it is aimed straight at the midterms. We’ve seen this movie: manufacture the crisis, terrify the public, then build a bureaucracy that outlasts the scare and hands the next century’s most powerful technology to the people who can’t even keep their own email servers secure. Meanwhile China keeps building. Larry Ward has an article out in Human Events about all this and is here today to help us see the reality instead of the fantasy. Is this a real existential threat, a liability dodge, or an Effective Altruism cult that Palantir’s CEO just called out?     For the first time, the Secretary of the Air Force stood up and said it out loud: the United States now has on-orbit space control weapons. Not “we’re developing.” Not “we might.” We have them. In orbit. Capable of defending the Joint Force against hostile action. That is a line that cannot be uncrossed. Space is no longer a sanctuary. China and Russia have been building and testing the tools to blind us, jam us, and kill our satellites for years. GPS, comms, missile warning, targeting, the backbone of how America fights, sits up there in the open. Until last week, Washington pretended we were still playing by 1967 Outer Space Treaty rules while our adversaries were not. Deterrence only works if the other side believes you can and will respond. That’s why they said it. That’s why the new Chief of Space Operations followed it up the next day: Guardians already operate those weapons. The questions that matter now are the ones they won’t answer in public. What kind of weapons? Kinetic or non-kinetic? How many? How quickly can they be used? And what happens when Moscow and Beijing stop objecting to the idea and start matching the capability in the open?
