  • Why Do Some People Struggle With Saying No?
    Jun 22 2026

Saying “no” sounds simple, yet for many people it feels uncomfortable, guilt-inducing, or even impossible. Often, the struggle isn’t about the request itself—it’s about the fear of disappointing others, creating conflict, or being seen as selfish. Many of us were taught that being helpful, agreeable, and available is the key to acceptance and connection.

In this episode of The Reset Series, I explore the deeper reasons behind people-pleasing, the emotional weight of guilt, and why setting boundaries can feel so difficult. Most importantly, I discuss how learning to say “no” isn’t an act of rejection, it’s an act of self-respect. Because every time we say yes to something that drains us, we may be saying no to something we truly need.

Join me as I unpack the power of healthy boundaries and discover how one small word can create more balance, authenticity, and peace in our lives.

  • Borrowed Lives : Why Some People Can't Think For Themselves
    Jun 15 2026

Why do some people seem to adopt the personalities, beliefs, and lifestyles of those around them? And why is thinking for yourself often so difficult?

In this episode, I explore the hidden psychology behind imitation, conformity, and the search for identity. From fear of rejection to the influence of social media, I examine why so many people end up living borrowed lives, and what it truly means to become yourself.

Most importantly, I explore the lifelong process of discovering who you really are, and why a meaningful life cannot be built by endlessly borrowing identities from other people.

Whether you have encountered people who constantly reinvent themselves, or you have recognised some of thees tendencies within yourself, this episode offers a thoughtful look at one of the most deeply human questions

Who are we when nobody else is telling us who to be?

  • The Life you would have if you trusted yourself.
    Jun 8 2026

In this episode, I explore the powerful difference between living from self-doubt and living from self-trust. So many of us spend years second-guessing our decisions, seeking approval from others, and waiting for certainty before taking action. But what if the life you’re dreaming of is on the other side of trusting your own instincts?

I talk about why self-trust is the foundation of confidence, how fear and overthinking keep us stuck, and the small daily choices that help us reconnect with our inner wisdom. You’ll discover that trusting yourself doesn’t mean having all the answers, it means believing you can handle whatever comes next.

If you’ve been holding back, questioning your path, or waiting for permission to pursue what you truly want, this episode is your reminder that you already have what you need within you.

The life you want isn’t created by knowing every step ahead. It’s created by trusting yourself enough to take the next one.

Tune in for an honest conversation about courage, confidence, and becoming the person you’ve always been capable of being.

  • You're not too busy. You're Overcommitted to the wrong things.
    Jun 1 2026

In this episode of The Reset Series I challenge one of the most common beliefs keeping people stuck: “I’m too busy.” The truth is that most of us aren’t lacking time, we’re overcommitted to things that no longer align with our priorities. I explore how distractions, obligations, and the habit of saying yes too often can quietly pull us away from the life we truly want to create.

You’ll discover why time is one of the most honest reflections of what matters to us, how stronger boundaries can transform your energy and focus, and why meaningful growth often comes from subtraction rather than addition. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or frustrated that you never seem to have enough time for yourself, this episode will help you reset your perspective and start making choices that align with the future you’re working toward.

  • The Life Audit
    May 25 2026

Episode 5 of The Reset Series is about something most of us avoid: taking an honest look at the life we’re living.

The Life Audit explores the relationships, habits, routines, environments, and inner narratives that shape us — and asks whether they still align with who we’re becoming. This episode is a reminder that exhaustion isn’t always about doing too much; sometimes it comes from carrying things that no longer belong to you.

I talk about burnout, emotional disconnection, people-pleasing, digital overwhelm, self-worth, and the quiet grief that can come with growth. But more importantly, I talk about the reset — the small, honest changes that bring you back to yourself.

Because a reset doesn’t always mean rebuilding your life from scratch. Sometimes it simply means remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.

  • The Invisible Backpack
    May 19 2026

We all carry an invisible backpack through life, filled with the things that people have handed us along the way. Criticism, expectations, fear, rejection, shame and the stories we began to believe about ourselves. Most of the time, we don't even realise how heavy it has become because we have been carrying it for so long.

As children, we accept what gets placed inside without questioning it, and over time those experiences shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. The weight may not always be visible, but eventually it shows up in our anxiety, exhaustion, self-doubt, and the pressure we constantly feel.

The important thing is that we don't have to carry everything forever. Unpacking the backpack means taking the time to look inside and ask ourselves what truly belongs to us and what was placed there by others. It means letting go of beliefs, pain and expectations that no longer serve us, even if they have been familiar.

Healing doesn't happen all at once , it happens piece by piece, through self-awareness, boundaries and compassion. The more we unpack, the lighter we become.

  • The Fear of Wasting Your Life
    May 11 2026

We live in a world obsessed with timelines. By this age, you should have the career. By that age, the relationship. The house. The degree. The perfect life plan.

In this episode, I talk about becoming a mother at 18 and how, overnight, people decided my life was somehow "over" before it had even really full begun. Not because of who I was, but because I had stepped outside the version of life they believed I was supposed to live.

So many of us carry this quiet fear that we're behind. That if we haven't achieved certain milestones by a certain age, we have failed. But who created the timelines in the first place?

This episode is about letting go of pressure to live life in the "right" order and learning to trust that your path doesn't have to look like everyone else's to still be meaningful, successful and beautiful.
