    An integrated holistic practitioner.

    Dr.Kamaraj Rajendran holds a Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (BNYS) degree from Tn Dr. MGR Medical University, Tamil Nadu, an integration of Naturopathic Medicine and Yoga Therapy.

    In the 6 years of study, Dr. Kam practiced Yoga and the following therapies in great depth. Yoga, therapeutic yoga, Hydrotherapy, holistic massages, healings, Reflexology, and Acupuncture He has been practicing since 2006.

    As an Ayurveda practitioner, Dr. Kam specializes in Integrated Healing therapy which is his therapeutic combination of Varma, Yoga, Thai, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and spiritual healing. Dr.Kam works on meridians and chakras to bring balance and relieve stress on physical, mental, and emotional levels.

    Using this combination of approaches, he aims to treat a person in all areas so that a powerful and lasting improvement can occur. He has much success in alleviating pain, relieving discomfort, and restoring full health and fitness.

    After Integrated Healing Therapy, people report feeling lighter, brighter, and clearer - relaxed but energized on all levels. As part of Dr Kam's training at MGR Medical University, he also studied Acupuncture. He was first introduced to Acupuncture by his father at the tender age of 12.

    He would watch his father work and he soon acquired the skills and knowledge and with the extra studies on his course started to practice as a Doctor.

    Dr.Kamaraj's first memory of Yoga was at School when his teacher asked him to demonstrate Mayurasana (Peacock pose) in front of his class. Kamaraj was 8 years old. Dr.Kam teaches Hatha, Dynamic Vinyasa flow, Astanga yoga, Sivananda yoga, kundalini kriya yoga, meditation classes, customized therapeutic yoga for different health conditions, pregnancy yoga, etc.

    Dr.Kam also offers one-to-one Yoga and inspires and assists your practice and gives you that extra support you need away from a class. Guidance with particular Asana and Inversions or a class tailored to your specific needs to help restore, revitalised, and relax.

    Kathy is a qualified and experienced counsellor, psychotherapist, and clinical supervisor with extensive experience across private practice, the NHS, and educational settings. She works with young people and adults, empowering them to navigate challenges such as anxiety, stress, trauma, bereavement, depression, family and relationship difficulties, bullying, gender identity, and neurodivergent conditions, including ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and Tourette’s syndrome. Her approach is grounded in compassion, insight, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change.

    Alongside her therapeutic practice, Kathy leads wellbeing workshops designed to educate,

    inspire, and foster resilience. She has facilitated impactful sessions exploring the connection between neurodiversity and depression and is currently developing a therapeutic group programme that aims to uplift and equip neurodivergent students within her school community.

    Writing has also been a powerful and transformative part of Kathy’s own healing journey. Her experiences of grief and loss have strengthened her empathy and shaped her professional purpose, guiding her toward work rooted in authenticity and hope. She has channelled this journey into her self-published memoir, Making Up for Lost Time: The Journey, a testament to courage, reflection, and the enduring human spirit.

    Who is Sas Bullock?

    I have been on the awakening path for the last 30 years which has taken me on a deep, winding and fascinating journey through many landscapes and varying pathways of initiation.

    I knew from a very early age that I wanted to be a performer; an actor, singer, dancer, which was the route I initially followed, securing a place at drama school after leaving secondary school at 17.

    However, after 5 years of working in the theatre, I found myself being more and more drawn to the mystical as I found that I had a gift for reading the Tarot cards and offering guidance to others. As my insight and intuition heightened through my attendance at a Spiritualist Church development circle in Lewisham, South London, I kept receiving a message to leave the outward path of acting and to go onto the inward journey of the Spirit to connect with my true purpose and life of service.

    After my partner had a breakdown and went haywire, disappearing off to find himself, I could no longer travel with theatre as by then I had two daughters under two and was forced to re-think my life. i moved back to my Northern roots and got myself onto a two year health & holistic well being course and re-trained, which is when my spiritual path really opened up.

    It began with the holistic health modalities and widened to expand into training as a Heart Intelligence Coach and group facilitator, helping people re-connect with their authentic selves and moving into purpose, passion and their joy through teaching the Heart IQ Method. Through my own practice of Heart IQ and connecting to my own Soul’s guidance, my voice opened up and I started to bring through some extraordinary sounds, vibrations & frequencies, which appeared to have very positive effects on people, dissolving energy blocks, pain, ailments, trauma and increasing self-confidence.

    I also became aware of how these sounds were positively affected my clients’ voices by opening them up to speak their truth.

    Over many years of experimenting with; sound choirs, sound healing circles, sound your way to health & happiness courses, shamanic sound journeys and voice activations with both groups as well as 1-1’s, I have since blended all of my training and experience over the last 40 years, to produce a fun pathway to open and activate the healing power of the voice, and so ” The Awakened Voice’ was born.
