It tells the story of Kaytaiya, the Queen's dog, who must lead a heroic quest to bring back a sad Little Plane to her state of Zintaurus to thwart an evil king. And she must do it while magically transformed into the body of a cat! She enlists the help of a defeated steam locomotive, Joe, and a mysterious, socially withdrawn one-armed dog named Freckles. Adventure and romantic complications ensue.This is a rousing and touching tale that deals with overcoming adversity and fighting for truth within ourselves and in the world at large.
