Welcome back, beautiful soul family! How my heart has yearned to come back online fully and to share and connect with you all as we navigate our own unique journeys on this magical planet.

In this episode, I share about the deep process around relationships I have wandered through and the lessons that needed to be integrated for the process to be completed. If you feel or have ever felt like a process was taking too long, then it may bring you some comfort to know that this one lasted from 2022 until 2025.

Sometime we don't realize we're walking through a process until we notice the patterns and the effects these patterns are having on our inner and outer landscapes. And just like any hero's journey, the process only ends when we realize how to reclaim our power.

It's been about a year since I last released a podcast episode, and as we have been in the middle of traveling through the South of Europe I didn't have my good microphone on me for this episode but I hope that doesn't take away from what your soul needs to receive in this episode.
