  • Mina Yang: I help high-achieving women find love. I see this SAME theme every time
    Jul 1 2026

Our guest this week knows a thing or two about relationships and dating. Mina Yang’s journey into relationship coaching came from her own experience chasing the wrong partners, which included her decade-long marriage. She became aware enough of her patterns to dive deeper. What she discovered? Her childhood beliefs were leading her to sabotage her own happiness! Now, because of her own self-awareness, she’s able to guide other high-achieving women towards their goal of finding lasting love. The desire to help others led her to develop her coaching methodology, combining strategic dating advice with rapid transformational therapy (RTT). She offers loads of helpful takeaways in this episode!

Mina highlights common patterns that can sabotage relationships, particularly for high achievers:

    - **The Need to Perform**: Many high-achieving women feel they must earn love through accomplishments. This belief can lead to over-functioning in relationships, resulting in resentment and emotional burnout.

    - **Sabotaging Beliefs**: Beliefs such as “I’m not lovable” can cause individuals to subconsciously sabotage potential relationships, fearing they are unworthy of love.

    ## Key Takeaways

    - **Self-Reflection is Crucial**: Understanding your past is key to breaking free from unhealthy patterns.

    - **Engage with the Dating Process**: Utilize dating apps as a tool, not a crutch, and approach them with a positive mindset.

    - **Seek Balance in Relationships**: Strive for partnerships where both individuals contribute emotionally and practically.

  • Listener voicemail! "Have you noticed this thing happening with women??"
    Jun 24 2026

It's kismet that one of our listeners called in this week asking about the very thing that's been on so many of our minds lately: we're calling it The Great Awakening

There's this interesting and exciting phenomenon happening with women everywhere.

We are tired of following the rules that society told us to, so we're writing our own. We're tapping out and building the life that works for us. We're literally doing things like moving to the middle of nowhere Joshua Tree and building our dream home from the ground, up.

ENOUGH ALREADY with this broken system. We must create our own.

Come with us as we talk big life pivots, trusting our own intuition above all else 💫, and supporting each other through the Messy Middle.

You don't have to go this alone. We're here for you

  • Tyler Brickley & The Kindness Mob: How this TikTok community is changing lives
    Jun 17 2026

Pretty sure we have the universe to thank for connecting us to Tyler Brickley.

His whole mission is spreading kindness, and it gives us all the feels ⤵️

Tyler started the Kindness Mob on New Year's Day 2023, driven by a simple yet powerful question: What if the first comments on a video were kind instead of cruel? Frustrated by the ease with which negativity accumulated in comment sections, Tyler realized that the internet could be a more supportive space. His small initiative quickly gained traction, leading to an incredible community of close to 400,000 members who actively leave kind comments on nominated videos.

Imagine if the first 10 comments on a video were all kind instead of cruel. That's the vision behind this initiative. It started as a simple idea: counteract negativity with positivity and support.

The impact? An average of 750 kind comments per recipient, many of whom never realize the kindness mob is behind it.

As a bonus, kindness is good for your health, so start taking (and giving) a dose today!
