We're talking about the big stuff - life's meaning, happiness, and all that jazz. But here's the deal, it's no fancy philosophy class. This is the lofi version - accessible, a bit messy, and totally human.

Expect a mix of my ramblings, a sprinkle of social commentary, and probably a few English hiccups because, hey, who doesn't love a good stumble? I'm no philosophy expert, just a pal sharing what's helped me through the confusion.

Why listen? Because we're keeping it real. Life's a journey, and we're navigating it together - no perfection, just genuine conversation.

Let's heal through philosophy 🤍

Today, let's talk about happiness. Buckle up because I don't believe it's a one-size-fits-all recipe; it's more like a roller coaster ride through joy, sadness, anger, surprise, and even a dash of disgust. Happiness, to me, is about finding balance in this emotional whirlwind - less calculated, more natural, and undeniably alive.

In this episode, I'm sharing my take on happiness, drawing from my own journey through mental health battles and the never-ending quest for fulfillment in our capitalistic world.

    Peace 🤍
