Coaching is just a cycle- observe, gather data, reflect with your team, give feedback- repeat. I believe coaching is the most important skill a leader can learn. It builds self-efficacy and independence in the person you are working with.

But what if we joined a network marketing company with a heart for Jesus? What if we centered all that we did in our business from a space of love and grace? What if you could release all the pressure you feel in your business because you are serving in your business to show the love of Jesus? Well after so many years hustling and pushing, this came to me last year when I did some internal work and really surrendered it all to the Lord.
