  • 22 Why You Still Feel Anxious (And What Your Body Has to Do With It)

    Do you ever felt anxious even when nothing is actually wrong?

    You look around and think, “Why do I feel like this right now?”

    There’s nothing stressful happening…nothing you can point to…

    …but your body still feels on edge, and you can’t figure out why.

    In this episode of The Mindset Mom, we talk about why anxiety doesn’t always come from your current situation and how your body may be holding onto stress you haven’t fully processed.

    Many Christian moms feel confused when anxiety shows up out of nowhere, especially when they’re praying, doing the “right” things, and trying to stay positive. But anxiety isn’t always a sign that something is wrong in your life; sometimes it’s a signal from your body that something needs attention.

    If you’ve been feeling anxious for no clear reason, overwhelmed in your body, or struggling to understand why peace feels so hard to hold onto, this conversation will help you make sense of what’s happening and how to begin responding in a healthier way.

    There is no shame in that. Getting help is not a weakness; it’s wisdom.
