    The first ever Premier League in Italy is on next week and we have Delcan Squire joining us on the pod this week, to chat about his first appearance on this stage.

    We cover the idea of changing weight divisions, dieting and cutting weight. Declan was previously the #1 Australian for -67kg attending a Senior World Championships in 2021, and now has claimed the -60kg category as his own. We get an insight on what he does to make weight and the tactics and sacrfices Declan goes through on daily basis to perform at his best in this division.
