    • Learning to Stay
      Jan 17 2026

      This episode is about presence.
About realizing that sobriety didn’t take anything from me—it gave me the ability to stay.

      To stay present.
      To stay connected.
      To stay with my family.
To stay with myself, even when it’s uncomfortable.

I recorded this in Gatlinburg, a place that once represented escape through chaos and alcohol. This time, it represents calm, clarity, and a different kind of joy. Not running. Not numbing. Just staying.

This isn’t about business or achievement.
It’s about learning that you don’t have to lose yourself to feel alive.
      Sometimes growth is quieter.
      Sometimes strength looks like staying.

If you’re walking through recovery, mental health challenges, or simply learning how to be present, you’re not alone. Every step counts, even the quiet ones.

      Be kind to yourself.

    • The Journey | Episode 4 – When It Became Real
      Jan 15 2026

Episode 4 is about the moment planning turned into operating.
      Not emotionally. Not dramatically. Structurally.

This week I had my first real customer, my first real accountability, and my first real confirmation that the systems I built actually work. I showed up prepared, not hoping to be ready, and that changed everything.

      This episode explores:

      • What it feels like when responsibility becomes real

      • How preparation removes the need to perform

      • Why accountability matters more than momentum

      • The emotional work of learning to sit with pride, excitement, and discomfort

      • The shift from trying to doing

It also touches on something deeper:
how sobriety is allowing me to feel emotions I never learned how to process, and how growth isn’t about intensity, but about regulation and consistency.

This is not a highlight reel.
It’s a grounded look at responsibility, structure, and what happens when life stops being theoretical and starts asking something real of you.

If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction, mental health, or thoughts of self-harm, help is available.

    • Episode 3 | Finishing What You Start
      Jan 9 2026

In Episode 3 of The Journey, I reflect on what finishing something tangible changed for me.

Completing a build reminded me that skills don’t disappear, they get buried under noise. As momentum picked up, I also had to face the responsibility of protecting my sobriety during expansion.

This episode is about completion, regulated growth, and learning to put safeguards in place when life starts moving again.

If you or someone you love is struggling, support is available. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. For recovery support, consider SMART Recovery or a local support group. International listeners can find resources at local health services.
