What if the reason you're struggling to make sales has less to do with what you're SAYING…and more to do with what you BELIEVE before you ever get on the call?

    Oh, friend. We're going THERE.

After years of selling through webinars, DMs, Zoom calls, and live events, I've learned one thing: The sales conversation starts long before you ever speak to a prospective buyer.

And believe it or not, I first learned this lesson from my HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL COACH. (Yes, your girl played basketball. I know. Shocking.)

In this episode of The Jasmine Star Show, I'm taking you behind the scenes of a real conversation with my sales team about the mindset shifts that can completely change how you approach selling.

Because here's what I know: Making money is a skill set. Selling is a skill set. And how you PREPARE to sell matters just as much as the conversation itself.

Whether you're selling your first digital offer or leading an entire sales team, this episode will challenge you to rethink your sales mindset, overcome limiting beliefs, and confidently communicate the value of what you offer.

Ready to change the way you sell? Click play, friend. Let's get into it.

  • How to Make the Next 90 Days Your Most Profitable Yet

Do you want to repeat the last 90 days of your business?

Same revenue. Same schedule. Same stress. Same “I’ll get to it when things calm down” conversations?

If your answer is NOPE, this episode is for you.

I’m breaking down how to create a 90-day profit plan designed to help you simplify, focus, and build a more profitable business. Because friend, you probably don’t need another idea, strategy, funnel, or saved Instagram post. You need to focus on what will actually move your business forward.

In this episode, you’ll learn why I prioritize profitability over flashy revenue numbers, why I’m biased toward scalable digital offers, and how the one offer, one funnel, one result approach can help eliminate overwhelm.

I’ll also walk you through three things you need for your next 90-day sprint: an actual start date, 5–7 focused hours per week, and an idea that matters enough to finish.

But we’re going deeper than strategy, because having the perfect plan doesn’t matter if your beliefs keep talking you out of executing it.

Your next 90 days aren’t just about what you’re going to do. They’re about who you’re willing to become while doing it.

Click play to hear all of this and:

[00:00] Why profitability matters more than impressive revenue numbers

[04:52] How a 90-day profit plan can create more consistency in your business

[08:14] Why looking at your last 90 days reveals what needs to change next

[12:32] How to create your “matchstick moment” and finally make meaningful progress

[14:57] Why one offer, one funnel, and one result can eliminate business overwhelm

[18:13] How to set up your 90-day sprint with a start date, 5–7 weekly hours, and an idea that matters

[24:08] Why separating facts from your beliefs can change what you believe is possible

[34:52] How to think from your future result instead of waiting for proof before you believe

  • Your Business Can’t Outgrow You: How to Expand Your Wealth Consciousness
    Oct 20 2026

Have you ever reached a point in your business where you’re doing all the things…and somehow, MORE still feels out of reach?

More revenue. More opportunities. More impact. More freedom.

Friend, what if the answer isn’t doing more—but expanding your capacity to HOLD more?

In this episode, we’re talking about wealth consciousness. (And yes, if that sounds a little woo woo, I GET IT. I used to think the same thing.)

I’m sharing how my own beliefs about money, hard work, and success led me to create MORE work for myself during one of our most successful launches—because somewhere deep down, I believed success had to feel hard to be deserved.

    Whew.

Through raw clips from a coaching session inside The Consistent $10K, I unpack what I call the “bigger bowl”: the idea that your business can only expand as much as YOU are willing to expand.

We’ll talk about the gap between expectations and reality, scarcity versus abundance, and the questions I’ve been asking to change my own relationship with money.

Because maybe your next breakthrough isn’t another strategy, tactic, or thing you need to DO.

Press play, friend. This conversation might change the way you think about your next level.

Click play to hear all of this and:

[00:00] Why expanding your wealth consciousness may be the missing piece in your business growth

[00:59] How the “bigger bowl” metaphor explains your capacity to receive more opportunities and money

[03:14] Why believing success requires hard work can secretly keep you attached to the grind

[08:22] How changing who you believe you can become changes what you believe your business can create

[12:58] Why your expectations about how quickly success “should” happen create unnecessary frustration

[16:03] How embodying your clients’ desired outcome can strengthen your marketing and authority

[23:19] How to identify the money beliefs and attachments shaping your decisions

[24:46] Why shifting from scarcity toward abundance requires faith, surrender, and a different relationship with money

  • Laying Bricks in Q3: Sales, Systems, Team Changes, and Stepping Away
    Oct 15 2026
What if the thing you didn’t want to do in your business turned out to be exactly what you needed?Welcome to my Q3 2026 quarterly review—where I turn the business inside out and share the lessons behind the wins, messy moments, and unexpected opportunities. This quarter, I stepped back into sales calls and discovered that sometimes the best marketing research isn’t another spreadsheet or strategy session—it’s listening to your customers. I also confronted a major shift I’ve made as a CEO: instead of quickly fixing problems, I’m asking, “What system can we build so we don’t have to solve this again?”I’m also sharing what happened when I walked into a room of wildly successful founders feeling like they were playing chess while I showed up with…marbles, why I took nearly two weeks completely off, and the uncomfortable question I’ve been asking myself:If the business only succeeds because I’m constantly driving it forward, have I built a business…or a fan club?Q3 reminded me that growth doesn’t always mean doing more. Sometimes it means listening more closely, building better systems, playing your own game, and having the courage to step away.Friend, the bricks you’re laying today might just become the breakthrough you recognize tomorrow.Click play to hear all of this and:[00:00] Why I’m showing you the work nobody sees behind the business[01:49] How getting back on sales calls completely changed my customer messaging[04:23] Why fixing problems quickly can actually keep your business stuck[07:09] How to respond when you walk into a room and feel completely outmatched[12:52] Why stepping completely away from the business can be productive[16:42] How knowing what you WANT and NEED changes the opportunities you accept[21:35] Why some business problems don't come with a clean lesson or framework[28:10] How I'm rebuilding my content strategy while letting people watch me experiment[31:19] Why your business needs to be capable of succeeding without youEpisodes Coming Soon:The Tea on Shelby Sapp’s Women and Wealth Conference KeynoteHow to Create Boatloads of Marketing Content in ONE DayListen to Related Episodes:How to Build Unstoppable Ads: The Rainmaker Method with Ashley BrockLaying Bricks: Behind the Scenes of My Biggest Business Lessons This QuarterQuarter One Review: You Don’t Get Invited—You Build the TableLaying the Bricks for Your 2026: Lessons from Quarter 4Quarterly Review: Behind the Scenes of My Biggest Lessons of Q3My Raw and Real Q2 Business ReviewQuarter One Review: Inside My Podcast Monetization Strategy + Course Launch WinsQuarter Four Review: How I'm Building The Foundation For My Biggest Year YetQuarter 3 Review: Laying Bricks for BIG Lead AcquisitionsQuarter 2 Review: The Actions I Took to Build My FutureQuarter One Review: How I’m “Laying Bricks” to Build Relationships and Open Up New Opportunities📧 Join my Newsletter for a weekly cocktail of insider business strategy, personal reflections, and the journey of being a thought leader: https://jasminestar.com/newsletter 📧For full show notes, visit jasminestar.com/podcast/episode659

  • How to Keep Creating, Growing, and Moving When Business Feels Hard
    Oct 13 2026

Have you ever looked at your business and thought, “WHY is this so dang hard?”

The content isn’t performing. The idea didn’t work. The decision you were sure was right…wasn’t. Friend, I’ve been there.

But somewhere along the way, I realized something: Building a business isn’t just about becoming a better marketer, CEO, or entrepreneur. It’s about becoming a different version of YOU.

Recently, a listener pointed out that in two completely different podcast conversations—with Emily Ford and Ken Coleman—I kept coming back to the same idea: entrepreneurship, business, and content creation are some of the greatest forms of personal development.

Because the hard parts? They aren’t interruptions to the journey. They ARE the journey.

In this episode, I’m sharing pieces of those conversations and getting into what entrepreneurship really requires: hearing “no” and continuing anyway, experimenting without knowing the outcome, listening when you don’t have the answers, and creating again when something flops.

Because your business isn’t only something you’re building.

    Your business is building YOU.

So instead of asking, “Why is this happening?” maybe the better question is: “Who is this requiring me to become?”

  • 3 Ways to Move From Avoidance Into Action

Can I call us out for a second?

Sometimes the thing slowing down our business isn’t that we don’t know what to do…it’s that we’re avoiding what we KNOW we need to do.

    Oof. I know.

In this episode, I’m sharing a conversation from inside the Consistent 10K community about one of the sneakiest threats to business growth: avoidance.

I’m breaking down how to identify the emotion underneath your avoidance—whether it’s embarrassment, rejection, disappointment, or judgment—and how to move forward anyway.

    And friend, I’ve lived this.

I once went ALL IN trying to collaborate with a massive business podcast. I hired a videographer, created custom content, built a website, sent a gift…and then got FLAT. OUT. GHOSTED.

But here’s what I learned: People don’t think about our failures nearly as much as WE think about our failures.

So if you’ve been avoiding creating the content, sending the DM, choosing your niche, or taking that next uncomfortable step, this episode is your loving kick in the pants.

You don’t need to become fearless.

You need to identify what you’re avoiding, make the next step smaller, and move while you’re scared.

    Let’s move.

[00:00] Why avoidance might be the biggest thing slowing down your business

  • The 3 Business Lessons My Greatest Mentor Taught Me
    Oct 1 2026

Have you ever had someone believe in you before you fully believed in yourself?

For me, that person was my mentor, Susan.

I first discovered Susan on Clubhouse while I was building Social Curator and trying to figure out the world of SaaS. After months of listening to her advice, I finally worked up the courage to ask her a question—and what she shared helped me raise $555,000 in less than an hour.

But the money isn’t what changed my life. Her belief in me did.

In this episode, I’m sharing the business lessons Susan taught me about focusing on the plan instead of constantly reacting to problems, deciding what to keep, delegate, or let go, and why diluted focus creates diluted results.

    And then? EXECUTE.

Because ideas and strategies are great, but they don’t change a business until we act on them.

This episode is also much more personal. I share what happened when Susan unexpectedly entered palliative care and the incredible gift of getting to tell her—in person—how profoundly her mentorship changed my life.

Friend, this episode is about business, but it’s also about something bigger: Tell people what they mean to you. Use what they taught you. And pass it forward.

  • The One Skill That Makes Entrepreneurs Unstoppable
    Sep 29 2026

Do you know someone who can just…figure it out?

Not enough money, time, information, or resources? Somehow, someway, they MAKE. IT. HAPPEN.

There’s a word for this quality: agency.

And after spending years around successful entrepreneurs, I’ve become convinced that self-agency is one of the most important qualities a business owner can develop.

Because business WILL business. A launch won’t go according to plan. Your website will crash. The algorithm will change. Someone will drop the ball.

The question isn’t whether something unexpected will happen. It’s: What will you do next?

In this episode, I’m breaking down three ways to strengthen your self-agency: ownership, action, and responsibility. I also share a personal story about Dr. Gabrielle Lyon that completely changed how I think about refusing to accept a dead end.

Because self-agency doesn’t mean believing you can control everything.

It means believing that no matter what happens, you can control your next move.

Press play to learn how to stop waiting, start moving, and become the entrepreneur who figures it out.

Click play to hear all of this and:
