When you think of the skills that’s needed to run a business, what do YOU think of? Marketing + sales, branding, financial management, the list goes on.. These ARE skills that everyone advertises and promotes to those wanting to grow a business.

These, let’s say formal set of skills, are certainly skills we can work on to help our business grow. However, they are not the only areas we should place our focus.

And rather than relying heavily on gaining knowledge around these more formal set of skills, there’s a set of skills that one could argue are even more beneficial for regional small business owners because they directly improve the outcome + results you receive.
