Ryan and Abbey Bruski are 3rd generation ranchers on their family ranch in Ekalaka Montana. They have 3 beautiful children Bekka (9) Harper (6) and Luke (2). Ryan and Abbey have become soil health advocates in the community and surrounding areas over the past 12 years. With their management practices and efforts to increase profitability, they have gotten rid of the cow/ calf herd and moved into stockers / custom grazing enterprise mix. They are a great team and they are passionate about soil health, mental health, profitability and succession planning.

Seth Barkley, 5th generation farmer/rancher in eastern Montana/western ND graduated Dickinson state university with a bachelor of ag business/ag science degree. Seth and Cassidy run a cow calf/yearling operation mainly focusing on regenerative agricultural practices.

Hunter Therriault grew up in small town Elliston Montana on her family's ranch. She graduated with her Bachelors of Psychology from Montana State University and continued her Masters of Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling at Montana State University of Billings. She is currently a Mental Health Therapist in Helena, MT with adults and has done previous work with children at Shodair Children's Hospital.
