  • The Gymnasion Academy is a podcast that contains courses and interviews on applying ancient philosophy and modern science into everyday living. It is inspired by the ancient gymnasion of Greece. The gymnasion was a place where warriors would train for the Olympics and for warfare, and it was also a place that housed the philosophical schools of Plato, Aristotle, and many other great teachers. Therefore, one would attend the gymnasion to create physical and mental par excellence.
