  • 330. Build a Business That Supports Your Life with Erin Bradley
    Apr 28 2026
There's a moment Erin Bradley has never forgotten. It's July 2008. She's just ridden her bike five miles to meet a client — because she doesn't have gas money — and gotten there early so the sweat has time to dry. She steps up to the coffee counter. Her credit card gets declined for $2. She keeps her face completely neutral, tells him it's her debit card, and says she'll call the bank. He buys her coffee. She walks out mortified — and calls her dad. Her dad asked her one simple question: " Do you think you're going to be good at this someday?" She said yes. He said, "Then you do whatever it takes." In this episode of the Game On Girlfriend® podcast, I sit down with Erin Bradley — bestselling author, keynote speaker, coach, and host of the globally ranked Pursuing Freedom Podcast — to talk about what it actually takes to build a business that supports your life instead of consuming it. Not just the strategy. The energy behind the strategy. Erin went from maxed-out credit card debt and 100% commission with no safety net to nearly doubling her business multiple times over — including during COVID, while homeschooling her kids on a six-month RV road trip. What got her there wasn't grinding harder. It was learning to subtract, to fill her own well first, and to make decisions with fear along for the ride instead of waiting to feel fearless. If you're building something and still feel like the freedom you started all of this for keeps slipping just out of reach, this episode is going to feel like a breath of fresh air. WHAT YOU'LL LEARN Why taking action from desperation produces different results than taking action from a place of genuine value — and how to shift your starting point What the go-giver philosophy actually teaches about leading from joy instead of lack Why women have been conditioned to give from empty wells — and what becomes available when you stop How the art of subtraction helped Erin go from two closings a month to seventeen What making decisions with fear along for the ride actually looks like in practice FREE GIFT FROM ERIN BRADLEY Take Erin's free Happiness & Fulfillment Meter Assessment and find out where you are right now on the emotional and energetic scale — not from a place of judgment, but from curiosity. It's designed to create awareness around fulfillment, energy, and lifestyle alignment so you can start making intentional changes toward more freedom and joy. • 329. Should I Stay or Should I Go? Finding Relationship Clarity with Karyn Spetz
    Apr 21 2026
Most women I know have asked some version of this question at some point in their primary relationship. And if you haven't, you almost certainly have a friend who has. In this episode, I sit down with Karyn Spetz — a licensed clinical social worker and certified relationship coach — to talk honestly about what's really happening beneath the 'should I stay or should I go?' question. Not the dramatic version. The quiet, lingering, exhausting version that a lot of women carry alone for way too long. This conversation isn't about pushing anyone to leave or convincing anyone to stay. It's about clarity, self-trust, and learning to come back to yourself when everyone around you has an opinion on what you should do next. As a business coach, I can tell you — I have not had a single client whose primary relationship wasn't part of the conversation at some point. How we show up inside our most important long-term relationship shapes everything else: our confidence, our clarity, and our capacity to build something. This one matters. If this is you right now — welcome. And if it isn't, go ahead and send this to a girlfriend who needs it. WHAT YOU'LL LEARN Why personal growth so often triggers the should I stay or should I go question Why the second-guessing loop doesn't mean your instincts are broken How the "good girl" pattern keeps women silent — and what it quietly costs them Why the conversations we're not having with our partners may be the most important ones of all How to start rebuilding self-trust so you can move forward with clarity KARYN'S 6-WEEK PROGRAM If this conversation is speaking to you, Karyn's intensive six-week program — Should I Stay or Should I Go? — is built for exactly this moment. It's designed to help you reconnect with yourself, stop the second-guessing, feel more confident, and know your next steps one way or another. No guilt, no pressure, no agenda. Drawing on her own life experiences, her professional training, and nearly 16 years of her own marriage, Karyn guides women through the process of reconnecting with themselves so they can move forward from a place of clarity, confidence, and self-trust — without guilt, pressure, or agenda. • 328. Your Story Is Enough: Building a Mission-Driven Business From the Inside Out with Shelby Perry
    Apr 14 2026
Building a business from your story doesn't always start with a business plan. For Shelby Perry, it started with a snowboarding accident, months of surgeries, and a forced stillness that turned into the most productive season of her life. Shelby is the founder of Eyehesive — a global, women-led platform dedicated to empowering people living with one eye. After losing her right eye in a snowboarding accident, she built a community, launched a physical product line of sleek adhesive eye patches, and is now hosting a retreat in Tulum. She did all of this while navigating sobriety, surgeries, recovery, and the very real doubt that comes with building something from nothing. This conversation is for every woman who has ever wondered whether what she's been through is enough to build something real. The answer is yes. And Shelby shows you exactly why. Here's what we cover: how Shelby turned a life-altering injury into a thriving mission-driven business, why following your intuition is actually a strategy, how she handles self-doubt and slow sales the same way she handled losing her eye, why your story doesn't need to be the most dramatic one in the room, and what to do on the days you want to quit. WHAT YOU'LL LEARN → Why building a mission-driven business from your story doesn't require the most dramatic experience in the room — and what actually matters more → How Shelby built Eyehesive one intuitive step at a time — from social media journal entries to a physical product launch, four and a half years in the making → The reframe she applies to slow sales weeks, low engagement, and hard seasons — the same one she used when she lost her eye → Why your lived experience carries wisdom, gold, and lessons that someone out there needs — and why sharing it is a responsibility, not a risk → What to do on the days you want to quit (this one is simple, and it works) CONNECT WITH SHELBY PERRY Website: https://eyehesive.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/eyehesive/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Eyehesive ABOUT SHELBY PERRY Shelby Perry is the founder of Eyehesive, a global, women-led platform dedicated to empowering people living with one eye. After losing her right eye in a snowboarding accident, Shelby experienced firsthand the lack of support and adult-friendly solutions for eye loss. She turned that challenge into purpose by creating Eyehesive — offering sleek, functional adhesive eye patches and a thriving community focused on visibility, confidence, and connection. Shelby is passionate about building mission-driven businesses that combine innovation, advocacy, and community impact. READY TO BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE?
