      Today’s special guest is fashion editor and stylist, Julie Player who will be telling us about her incredible career working for the likes of GMTV, Take a Break and Woman’s Own and giving us some amazing style tips for those of us looking to change things up after weight loss. And this week’s slimmer journey is a powerful story from Gemma Sterland.

      Julie has worked in the UK fashion industry for over 30 years and is an expert in where to find the latest trends and how to wear them. Since graduating from the London College of Fashion she has worked as a Fashion Editor for some of the UK’s biggest selling women’s magazines including Woman & Home, Woman’s Own, Bella, Take a Break and Woman’s Weekly, and her career has taken her around the world, shooting features in glamorous locations. Alongside her work on magazines Julie is also a television broadcast stylist and regularly works in the wardrobe department at ITV, dressing the presenters on Good Morning Britain and Loose Women.

      Mark is The 1:1 Diet Nutritionist and has been involved with Nutrition for more than 30 years. He holds multiple certifications in Sports Nutrition, Exercise Science and Pharmaceuticals. Mark is also Science Officer for TDMR Europe and formerly Vice Chair of the European Specialist Sports Nutrition Alliance. He’s on the advisory board and columnist for Muscle and Fitness Magazine, Flex Magazine and Muscle Insider. He’s co-founder of Fitness Genes Limited and, as a consultant, Mark has worked with dozens of companies and institutions including Tesco, Lion Capital and The Canadian Armed Forces. All of that and additionally has worked with The NHS and The Police.
