Recurring guest Shaun created an original trivia game that tests Darren and Max's knowledge of frozen food timelines and corporate history. The rules are simple: match frozen food products to the years they were introduced.

In practice, it’s not so simple. Along with Shaun’s investigative research, you get big egos, bonus round wagers, and enough heated exchanges to rival the Super Bowl itself. Consider this a successful recovery—we got Max back in the game after all.

The Froze Bros and returning guest Shaun gear up for the Big Game with two iconic Super Bowl snacks: Super Pretzel soft pretzels and TGI Fridays loaded potato skins. But the real entertainment might be listening to these dolts debate life’s most important questions: What’s the correct way to eat cake? And how often should you really be cleaning your air fryer?

The Bros also discuss casual dining chains, talk wings and burgers, and make Shaun cover up the NFL logo on his jersey on an audio podcast (and he does it…lol). In the end, Darren and Max are at odds over one of this week’s foods. Will brand loyalty and nostalgia or corporate disgust prevail in the end?

Plus: Unfortunately, there is no plus this week. During a game segment at the end of this episode, we lost Max's audio. We're working with our recording software to see if we can recover it, but honestly, the outlook is about as warm as a freezer in February. The Froze Bros wrap up Healthy January and celebrate their 50th episode (50, 51, whatever) by reviewing Dr. Praeger's Spinach Littles—fun-shaped veggie nuggets in the form of dinosaurs, teddy bears, and stars. But the real backstory here is the origin: how a catastrophic accident on Christmas Eve 1988, a prophetic rabbi, a struggling gefilte fish company, and two cardiac surgeons came together to create sensible frozen foods.

Darren returns from a Disney cruise with tales from the Frigidarium (yes, it's exactly what it sounds like), reports on Dole Whips and piña coladas, and demonstrates his new math skills by converting every number to 35 before doing calculations. Max discovers chocolate “enrobed” raspberries, shows off his mini ice cube mold from a Froze Bros fan, and wonders whether all rosé is sparkling (no, Max, it's not).
