      Kristi is a Mental Health Therapist turned Enneagram expert and entrepreneur. In 2020, she founded Enneagram University, where she trains other therapists and coaches how to utilize the Enneagram, a personality typing tool, to increase their effectiveness, impact, and personal fulfillment. In 2023, Kristi acquired an inclusive fashion and accessory brand called Roziejune, which has become the perfect outlet for more creativity and fun. You can find her traveling, snacking, supporting small businesses, and wearing fun earrings in her free time. She, her partner Nick, and their pup, Mirabel, are based in Florida but shoot to spend several months of the year abroad.

We dive into that transition, her work and what how life as an Enneagram Six.

      Carolyn shares about how she used to let her anxiety/doubt hold her back. By not speaking up or using the right interview methodology, she made two bad hires that resulted in loss of money for our company but also added even more friction to our account and processes.
