The mayor of Miami, Francis Suarez takes us through his experience with contracting the Coronavirus and how he came to know if it. He held a council meeting and in the meeting, an infected person was present. He was in close contact with him and even shook hands. Once this fact was brought to his attention by the medical staff, he immediately self-quarantined, later took a test and it turned our positive.

  • Sex. Queen Energy.
    Mar 5 2020

Queen energy is all about how to position your sexual self with value. It is about protecting your energy by making it less accessible and more desirable. In this episode, we discuss issues revolving around choices when it comes to love and having sex.

How can you like me if you don't know what kind of female I am? And I think that people just pretend, like this is super superficial.

That's why you have a bunch of brokenness, and a bunch of women and a bunch of men that are having sex with people, and they still have so much brokenness inside of them. In this episode, we discuss issues revolving around choices when it comes to love and having sex.

Why would I give myself to somebody that does not care about me? To please them?

You need to put yourself in a position of value. And the way that you do that is by becoming something that is to be desired and valued.

And what are things that are desired and valued things that everybody can have? You cannot be very accessible in a sense.

Women, nowadays, are very empowered. But at the end of the day, you have to know that the fabric of who you are is not a man, and that you do operate a little bit differently, and that your goals and some of your desires might not be the same as every other guy. So you want to line up your goals and desires with somebody that values a woman in the way that you would want to be valued.

How can you be sleeping with somebody you don't even know? And then you expect him to value you the way that you want to be valued. When you don't even know who this person is. You don't even know what his morals values are, his moral compass, the way he thinks of women, where his family is like, what is the way his father treats his mother, or the way that he's seen women being treated. How does he treat women? How would you know these things without knowing someone right?

Stay tuned as I come up with food for thought that’s relevant to both guys and gals.

    Key Takeaways:

    • I reserve myself for myself. Not even for you but for myself (4:08)
    • You need to put yourself in a position of value (5:00)
    • Lining up your goals and desires with one who values a woman… (6:27)
    • Your body is your business. You just can't let anybody in there (8:14)
    • How can you like me if you don't know what I think? (9:03)
    • You’ve got to have a clear definition of what you want in your life (11:53)
    • These men out here are putting pressure on girls to have sex too soon (13:52)
    • If you cared for her, you’d allow her to have value for yourself. You’d wait (14:00)
    • Why do you want to have sex with somebody you're not proud of? (14:54)
    • If you're not loving yourself, how’s that person supposed to love you? (15:57)
    • You are what you settle for (18:54)
    • Love is the key; love is power; love is the healer (20:35)
    • Respect yourself, love yourself (21:26)
    • Be the kind of person that you're even looking for (23:35)
    • Guys, if you had a daughter, sister or any woman that you love… (30:41)
    • When you start loving yourself in a high way, people treat you differently (31:40)

  • Overcoming Anxiety
    Feb 27 2020

In this episode, I talk all about my personal journey with anxiety - how I overcame it by accepting it and looking back into the root. I also talk about how I went about understanding anxiety and the fact it couldn't kill me.

While I struggled with anxiety, there was a point when I found myself very vulnerable. I didn't want people to see me the way I was when there was a panic attack. And at the same time, being able to emotionally regulate your life is really important because people are not always going to come through for you.

People do not always have the right things to say, and they don't really have a lot of the answers. So that's what I encountered.

I went home from an experience, feeling shaken, feeling scared, and then I had the fear of fears, which, you know, once you have one of these experiences that are, you know, traumatic because you just don't even understand what happened to you.

You don't even have the right information and you're just trying to figure things out, but you start to develop a fear of fears, not knowing whether it will happen again and when it can happen again.

And then, gathering information from different quarters, I realized that people had harrowing experiences like the one I had, on a regular basis. I dived into information, I started listening to different psychiatrists, different psychologists, Christian doctors, people that were brain specialists, people that worshipped the brain. And I really started to understand that a lot of it had to do with this emotional part of your brain, which collects data from your body.

Get the help that is right for you and I'm telling you like you don't have to be trapped. Stay tuned to know more.

    Key Takeaways:

    • It was stronger than any attack that I've ever experienced… (1:05)
    • People do not always have the right things to say… (4:28)
    • This data was being collected from my body to my emotional brain… (5:15)
    • I started listening to psychiatrists, psychologists, doctors… (6:43)
    • Lots of depression & anxiety and things coming out are trauma symptoms (8:39)
    • Basically, an anxiety attack is an adrenaline rush (10:13)
    • You really have to understand that anxiety will not kill you (14:55)
    • Look back at some of the trauma and see what’s the root (19:08)
    • Coming out of that survivor mentality and then thriving (22:04)
    • I grew up with lots of fear as a child and then I became my own protector (22:56)
    • You really need to make sure that you have the right information (23:58)
    • We're not all at the same level, and we don't all have the same injuries (31:33)
    • There's hope and that's the good news. You can overcome your anxiety (38:18)

  • Healthy Habits
    Feb 20 2020

In this episode, we have a conversation on healthy habits. Healthy habits are about taking control of your day starting from the moment you wake up. Simple disciplines that you choose will become your habits. Healthy habits will form your life. We are what we repeatedly do.

I think that the healthiest habit you can start to form is creating a daily routine for yourself.

Create a schedule that would be for your dream life and start seeing how you can actually form that. So mine might look like the first hour of the day is for prayer, meditation, writing, and reading. Then the next hour of my day is for breakfast. I'll jump into social media, answer my emails, and the following hour from that would be something like training and so on and so forth.

So, what I'm doing is I'm creating a time for myself that's realistic because when you don't write things down and you don't put them on pen and paper or even in your phone and your notepad and you don't see it physically, it's very hard.

The way you start developing a beautiful relationship with yourself is by keeping little promises. So maybe you create this healthy habit list and you create this new daily routine. When you start sticking to it, you're going to start respecting yourself.

And when you start respecting yourself, it really creates a beautiful loving relationship with yourself and you care less about what's happening around you because you're zoned in. Focus on what's important to you and what your priorities are like. Don't let this world confuse you or distract you.

    Stay tuned to know more.

    Key Takeaways:

    • It can take up to a year to form a new habit; it takes discipline (1:26)
    • Healthy habits start with an individual; we're not all the same (2:13)
    • Creating a daily routine for yourself; let's call this the dream daily routine (2:44)
    • You wake up and you take your time for yourself (5:02)
    • Don't just be unintentional with your mornings (8:01)
    • You can choose who you want to be now (12:01)
    • You need to really start putting the right things into yourself (19:58)
    • Following through with your habits, so they can become habits (23:59)
    • You could fool the world, but you can't fool yourself (24:13)
    • Your whole day, you are the parental guide advisory for your own self (24:49)
    • You are what you do daily (26:54)
    • It starts from the inside out (27:44)
    • Start by keeping little promises (28:30)
    • If you change your habits, you change your life completely (30:17)

  • Training Your Intuition
    Feb 13 2020

In this episode, we talk about training your intuition. We're all born with our intuition. It is not something that you have to train for or that you have to go out and buy.
