In this episode, I interview the billion-dollar couple, Bobby and Castro. They started at the ages of 18 and 22, and they’ve been together for 30 years now. Their marriage is an ideal example of how relationships take work and consistency to grow. 

They use the term fertilize to refer to the work you do as a couple to understand and empower each other continuously to grow together. Today, Bobby and Sofia are giving us their insights on cash flow in the real state business, some of the essential concepts to starting your own company, and, of course, the indispensable formula for succeeding alongside with your partner.

They’re a combination of Jewish, Irish, Puerto Rican, and Cuban, and they certainly bring the best of each culture to their family with two offsprings and two grandchildren. Naturally, with that much responsibility came to a lot of challenges, and Bobby and Sofia are going to tell us how they manage to face those challenges and learn from their mistakes.
