Sometimes the horror on the screen is overshadowed by the tragedies off the screen. One of the most beloved locations in Friday the 13th hostory was the part 3 house. It was a fan favorite until it mysteriously burned down in 2006.

What makes this case so odd is that there were several theories but no factual tales about how it started, the people who started the fire nor any charges for the crime. The whole thing is a riddle that seems to be getting harder to solve, the more time passes.

Here is a breakdown of what is known.
