    Jun 1 2026

This season we have been talking about optimal aging, not just living longer, but living with purpose, movement, joy, resilience, humor and connection.

Today’s guest is Brian Kennedy who is a Singer/songwriter, Author, Leadership Coach and this conversation surprised me in the best way.

We talk about why life has no off season, why you do not need a perfect plan to stay strong, and why joy is something you participate in, not something you wait for.

If you have been wondering whether your best chapters are behind you, this episode is for you. Listen now!

Guest – Bryan Kennedy is a storyteller at heart, whether it’s through a song, a book, or a good laugh shared from the stage. A former college football player at Ole Miss and recipient of the John Howard Vaught Award of Excellence presented to a senior athlete for their; dedication, morale, performance and scholastic ability. Bryan took the grit and teamwork of the gridiron and carried it into a wildly creative life that’s anything but ordinary.

He’s penned over 15 songs recorded by Garth Brooks, including three #1 hits, and spent over a decade on tour as Garth’s Road Manager and opening act, performing for sold-out arenas around the world. But Bryan’s creative fire never stayed in just one lane.

He’s the author of the heartfelt memoir Andy Wouldn’t Let Me, the life-coaching playbook Chalk Talk Vol. 1, the edge-of-your-seat thriller, The Lost Dog and his inspiring new book Bring Your Own Happy, and his first book of Poems entitled What Rhymes with Bryan.

His love for performance and humor also led him to write and star in two original musical comedies, Toe Roaster and Mistletoe Roaster.

Bryan holds a degree in journalism with a minor in recreation, and as the founder of The Bellwether Way, he now channels his experience into life coaching, offering leadership and guidance beyond the field, stage or court. Where others focus on stats or game plans, Bryan focuses on the soul, helping people find clarity, courage, and purpose.

When he’s not writing, you’ll find him deep in a fitness routine, out on a motorcycle journey, performing original songs, or mentoring the next generation. No matter the medium, Bryan Kennedy is committed to telling the truth, lifting others up, and living life wide open.

  • S3 : EP5 The Clothing Conversation We’ve Been Missing with Michael Drescher
    May 4 2026

We talk a lot about aging well - nutrition, movement, sleep, stress.

But we rarely talk about what’s touching our body all day, in the most heat + moisture prone areas.

In this episode, I sit down with Michael Drescher to explore an overlooked longevity lever: your “first layer” - bras, underwear, leggings, shapewear and why material standards, dyes, finishes, and “greenwashing” matter more than most people realize.

If you’ve ever thought “I’m doing everything right… why do I still feel inflamed / off / reactive?” - this conversation will expand your lens.

Host - Dr. Kimberly Besuden, Successful Chiropractor, Functional Medicine Expert & a Healthy Aging Coach, has been helping Healthcare Professionals reach optimal health levels and thrive in their practice by incorporating nutrition, whole food supplementation, education, and an individualized plan of action approach to help healthcare professionals achieve their maximum potential.

Guest – Michael Drescher is an entrepreneur, social impact investor, TEDx speaker, writer, and philanthropist.

After some devastating life events, Michael transitioned from a history in media entrepreneurship to create a company that advocates for breast health and sells healthy, safe, and comfortable bras.

In 2010, he co-founded Vibrant Body Company, a product line focusing on women's breast health. The focus is to change the relationship a woman has with her First Layer. No longer something to rip off at the end of the day, but instead something that is outrageously comfortable, incredibly supportive and also not harmful to her health because of unnecessary restriction and potential exposure to harmful levels of toxins. We start with a women’s Body First™.

Michael wants the world to know the shocking truth about what it means to wear a bra. Michael Drescher is a media entrepreneur. His TedX Talk on 'Theories on Breast Cancer' racked up 872,000 views.

In 1981 he co-founded JDTV, a multimedia and production company that built up the world’s largest database of interactive television and movie descriptions in 11 languages with an international distribution. In 1997, he established Drescher Holdings and in 2003, along with DHL, became co-founder, partner and director of global publishing for One World Yellow Pages. In 2010, he co-founded two companies: Okanjo’s SAAS marketplace and ad-tech platforms that transform content into commerce for publishers, and Tuesday (formerly Bodyhum), a product line focusing on women’s breast health.

In 2015, the startup raised $1.7 million in follow-on funding. Drescher serves on the board of directors for Newaukee, Okanjo Partners, Vibrant LLC, MiKE and International Film Finance.

  • S3 : EP4 - Why Hand Function Matters More Than You Think with Michelle Peters
    Apr 20 2026

Most people don’t think about their hands… until they can’t open a jar, turn a key, or sleep through the night without throbbing pain.

In this episode, I sit down with Michelle Peters from Ensemble Orthopedics to talk about something that affects aging far more than we admit: hand function.

    We dive into:

    - Why “pushing through” hand pain can quietly shrink your life

    - Why a simple X-ray often tells you what you need to know

    - How the goal isn’t “zero pain”… it’s getting your life back

and why longevity is really quality of life.

If your hands are starting to change what you do (or how well you sleep), you need to listen to this episode.

    Mar 24 2026

Most people don’t realize this: Your feet may determine how long you stay mobile, independent, and pain-free.

In this episode of The Chiropractor’s A-Game, I sit down with Dr. Shawn Ward, DPM, to unpack what really happens to the feet as we age—and why ignoring foot health quietly accelerates joint pain, balance issues, and fall risk.

    We cover:

    • Why tight calves (equinus) are the root of so many foot problems

    • How thinning fat pads and skin change mobility with age

    • The connection between foot mechanics, posture, and spinal health

    • Why strength + flexibility matter more than “routine foot care”

This conversation is a must-listen if you care about aging strong from the ground up.

🎧 Listen now and rethink everything you thought you knew about foot health.

  • S3: EP 1 - The Hidden Health Impact of Intimate Apparel as We Age with Heidi Lehmann
    Jan 28 2026

Most women focus on nutrition, movement, and sleep as they age.

Very few think about what they’re wearing directly on their skin all day.

In this episode of The Chiropractor’s A-Game, I sat down with Heidi Lehmann, a master intimate apparel and athletic wear designer, to talk about something that impacts posture, circulation, lymphatic flow, shoulder pain, and even hormone health.

    We cover:

    • Why many bras contribute to neck and upper back pain

    • How poor fabric choices can affect skin, circulation, and inflammation

    • What healthier bra and underwear design actually looks like

    • Why fit, fabric, and structure matter more as we age

  • S2 : EP10 - Athlete Performance & Longevity with Tracey Drews
    Oct 6 2025

Why Senior Athletes Need Coaches More Than Ever.

If you think senior athletes “take it easy,” think again.

In this powerful podcast episode, endurance coach Tracey Drews joins me to share how she’s helping athletes over 50 train smarter, recover better, and race stronger — all while honoring their lifestyle goals.

Tracey has been coaching for over 20 years and still competes.

Many of them didn’t even know they were “athletes” until she helped them become one.

    Here’s what you’ll learn:

    🔥 How to train VO2 max safely in your 60s & 70s

🥗 Why nutrition & macros matter more than ever

📉 Using HRV & wearables to prevent injury and overtraining

🏋️‍♀️ The role of strength training in protecting brain function

Whether you’re racing or just staying fit as you age— this is gold.

You don’t want to miss this one. Tune in now!

Guest – Tracey Drews is a dedicated coach whose passion for guiding athletes began early through the lessons of team sports. Inspired by how great coaches tailored strategies around individual strengths and weaknesses, now bring the same philosophy to her own coaching—treating every athlete as part of a team with a shared goal.

She specializes in creating personalized training plans that prepare athletes not just to race, but to thrive. While they coach athletes of all ages, they hold a special reverence for the “mature athlete,” emphasizing the belief that growing older doesn’t mean we have to stop playing. Their coaching goes beyond workouts—it’s about motivation, resilience, and building a lifestyle of health, performance, and longevity.

Most importantly, understanding what inspires each athlete and helping them stay empowered.

Tracey's personal journey is just as inspiring: once active in sports throughout school and college, they shed over 50 pounds after undergrad at Virginia Tech, which sparked their pursuit of a graduate degree in exercise science at Old Dominion University.

This gave her a deeper understanding of human performance, physiology, and nutrition—and a mission to share the benefits of endurance sports as lifetime activities that not only reduce illness but also help us age with grace.

Today, through coaching, she combines science, empathy and experience to help athletes at every level discover the joy of movement, the discipline of training, and the resilience to keep playing—no matter their age.
