    This episode explores the difference between position and process and why true spiritual authority is never proven by titles, platforms, or visibility but by the oil formed through pressing seasons with God.

    Many people desire leadership influence and teaching roles but Scripture consistently shows that God refines character before releasing assignment. Through passages like Matthew 23 Luke 6 40 and John 12 24 the episode highlights the biblical pattern of training before authority and crushing before promotion.

    The central warning is that hypocrisy is not simply imperfection but teaching or leading without transformation or operating in authority without submitting to the process that produces it.

    Using the examples of David Joseph Esther Paul and Jesus the episode shows that oil is always formed in hidden seasons of pressure not public performance. These seasons of betrayal correction obscurity and testing are where God develops substance that can carry weight.

    The call is to stop chasing platforms and embrace process because in the kingdom your oil will always speak louder than your position.
