Ian Walker is somebody who helped build the foundations of triathlon in Sunderland by being one of the founder members of Sun City Tri Club 30 years ago. Ian discusses that as well as his own journey in triathlon, cycling, his career in the Fire Service, a post-retirement move to Italy, and his return to the North East.

Steve is a North East triathlete. A long-term member of Coalfields Triathlon Club and studious recorder of his stats, Steve discusses his journey in the sport and competing and training as you age. He also drops a rock'n'roll surprise.
