They work for the University of Arkansas Systems Division of Agriculture, Cooperative Extension Service. They cover a wide range of topics in the mission to strengthen agriculture, communities, and families by connecting trusted research to the adoption of best practices.

    Stone County Extension is back with another episode. The Stone County Fair was a success last week, however Anna had a breakdown and Tyler has been loosing it. By it, I mean a tick that someone brought in to be sent off and the breakdown was automotive, not emotional.

    Updates on upcoming Extension programs.

    This week Anna and Tyler discuss household food waste,and it's more than you think. Anna gives some thoughts on being more intentional about being less wasteful. Tyler discusses gardening, pasture, hayfield management practices to think about trying to accomplish this fall.
