  • Why Decision-Making Feels So Hard During Life Transitions (And What's Really Going On)
    Feb 4 2026

In the last episode, I talked about why waiting for clarity keeps you stuck.

Today, I go one layer deeper:

If every decision suddenly feels heavy.

If you overthink, pause, research at 3 a.m., and still can’t move forward with something - this episode is for you!

Big life changes don’t just alter your circumstances.

    They change your internal compass.

When roles shift and routines dissolve, your nervous system may step in to protect you — making hesitation feel safer than choosing.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • why indecision isn’t weakness

    • what’s really happening in your body when choosing feels hard

    • fear vs. discernment — and how to tell the difference

    • why waiting rarely brings relief

    • how to take the next step without forcing certainty

If you’re in the in-between - after something ended and before what’s next becomes clear - I also share details about my upcoming free live workshop for women navigating transition.

  • Why waiting for clarity is keeping you stuck
    Jan 17 2026

In this episode, I am talking about what happens when you feel a quiet pull toward something new - a change, an idea, a different version of yourself, but you wait for more clarity and certainty before taking the next step.

Many times, waiting keeps you frozen and you don't take any action.

You'll walk away with how clarity is created through action, why small steps matter more than big decisions and how you move forward even when you don't feel ready.

If you've been telling yourself: "I just need more clarity," this episode is for you!

She had been violated in every way possible and unbeknown to her started to develop post traumatic stress. On the outside she continued to live the life of a young woman at the beginning of her career, but on the inside she was a mess. When her son was born after 4 lost babies, she was healing and coming out of the darkness. She realized that she had stopped learning and there were many things she wanted to teach her child. Her husband is in finance and she asked him to do the financial education. Laurel wasn’t happy with how he was doing it and decided to embark on one of the most powerful healing journeys she could imagine - a financial empowerment journey. She realized how many other mothers were in a similar position. As she started to uncover limiting money beliefs, she realized that these same beliefs sit under so many other toxic situations, like food, weight, body image. She started to heal on all sorts of level. She also started to realize how many possibilities and opportunities she let slip by her because of these limiting beliefs. • Setting Boundaries in toxic vs healthy relationships
    Mar 26 2024
Setting boundaries is a life skill that you want to nail down. Toxic relationships often require strong and uncompromising boundaries. When we set boundaries in toxic relationships as if they were healthy relationships, we expose ourselves to further hurtful behavior. When we set boundaries in healthy relationships as if they were toxic, we can cause damage and erode trust. It is important to discern when to be firm and unapologetic and when to be more compromising.
