  • Episode 10 — So… What Even Is Reiki?
    Sep 23 2026

Reiki is one of those practices people have heard of, but don’t always really understand.

In this episode of Spirit Sidekick, we’re talking about what Reiki is, where it comes from, how it works, what an attunement means, and what Reiki is — and isn’t.

We’ll also explore how Reiki connects with the chakra system, the different ways it can be used, what to expect during a session, and some of the most common misconceptions around energy healing.

Whether you’re curious, skeptical, or already familiar with Reiki, this episode is a simple introduction to what the practice is all about.

    1. What comes up for me when I think about energy healing?

    2. Where in my life do I feel like I could use more balance, support, or grounding?

    3. What would it look like to stay curious about practices I don’t fully understand yet?

  • Episode 9 — Manifestation Without the BS
    Sep 16 2026

Manifestation doesn’t have to mean toxic positivity, pretending everything is perfect, or believing you can simply think something into existence.

In this episode of Spirit Sidekick, we’re breaking manifestation down in a more grounded way — looking at the role of intention, belief, energy, aligned action, and trust.

We’ll talk about what manifestation is, what it isn’t, why forcing an outcome usually backfires, and how to stay open to the possibility that what unfolds may look different than what you expected.

Because manifestation isn’t about controlling everything.

It’s about getting clear, taking aligned action, and trusting the unfolding.

  • Episode 8 — You Don’t Have to Be High Vibe All the Time
    Sep 9 2026

You are not meant to be happy, grateful, positive, and “high vibe” every second of every day.

In this episode of Spirit Sidekick, we’re talking about the pressure to stay positive in spiritual and wellness spaces — and what happens when positivity crosses the line into emotional avoidance and spiritual bypassing.

We’ll explore why anger, grief, disappointment, frustration, fear, and all of our other uncomfortable emotions aren’t inherently “low vibe” or something we need to immediately fix. They’re part of being human, and often they’re trying to tell us something.

We’ll talk about the difference between feeling an emotion and living in it, why suppressing difficult emotions doesn’t actually make them disappear, how generations of conditioning have taught us to distrust or minimize our feelings — particularly women’s anger and emotional expression — and why allowing yourself to fully feel what’s there can actually be one of the most healing and spiritually aligned things you can do.

Because spirituality isn’t about bypassing the messy parts of being human.

It’s about learning how to move through them.

    Journal Prompts:

    1. Which emotions do I have the hardest time allowing myself to feel, and what have I been taught those emotions mean about me?

    2. Where in my life am I trying to “positive-think” my way around something that may actually need to be felt, acknowledged, or addressed?

    3. What would it look like to allow myself to experience my emotions without judging them, fixing them, or making them mean something is wrong with me?
