    • Are We Living in the End of Days?
      Sep 10 2025

Growing up, many of us heard about the Book of Revelation, the Antichrist, and the terrifying prophecy of the “end times.” Whenever the world grew chaotic, the refrain was always the same: we are living in the end of days.

In this episode, I share why I both agree—and disagree—with that idea. I believe we are not at the end of all time, but the end of a time: a time when the wealthy few controlled the many, when work consumed our lives, and when fear kept us from questioning the systems around us.

From the lessons of Covid to the global shifts in power, I explore how humanity is awakening to its higher purpose. What if the “end of days” isn’t about fire and destruction, but about endings that clear space for rebirth? What if this is the end of oppression, scarcity, and disconnection—and the beginning of love, community, and collective freedom?

Join me for a reframe on one of the most charged spiritual questions: Are we living in the end of days, or the dawn of something new?

    • Divine Masculine Energy: Protector, Builder, Healer. How We See vs. How We Need It.
      Sep 3 2025

In this guest episode of Soul Drops, I sit down with Omar Angulo — host of In A Good Way Podcast — to explore the Divine Masculine in its true essence. So often masculine energy is seen through the lens of dominance, control, or toughness, but in this conversation we dive into what the divine masculine really is: the protector, the builder, and the healer.

      Together, we talk about:

      • The difference between protection rooted in love versus control
      • What it means to build trust, community, and legacy beyond material success
      • Why healing is a vital but often overlooked expression of masculine energy
      • How divine masculine energy shows up in dating and intimacy
      • The balance between masculine and feminine energy within all of us
      • What our families and communities could look like if this energy was expressed in harmony

This isn’t about men versus women, or masculine versus feminine. It’s about energy — and how the divine masculine, when restored to its fullness, can harmonize with the divine feminine to create wholeness in our relationships, our communities, and ourselves.

    • Releasing Ancestral Trauma
      Aug 31 2025

This episode is one of the heaviest and most important I’ve recorded. I’ve been working closely with my ancestors, and that work has brought me face-to-face with the truth of ancestral trauma—not just scarcity, but the fear of receiving help, the silence, the hyper-independence, and the belief that survival is the only way to exist.

Ancestral trauma doesn’t start with us, but it lives in us. It’s carried in our bodies, our nervous systems, the words passed down at kitchen tables, and the silence that shaped our homes. Science shows us that trauma can alter how our genes express themselves, and spiritually, we know it shows up in our patterns, our relationships, and our fears. In this episode, I open up about how I’ve seen these patterns in my own life, what it’s meant to break them, and the practices that have helped me begin to release what was never mine to carry.

This isn’t just about the past—it’s about ending cycles so our children don’t inherit what we never chose. Healing isn’t easy, but it’s possible. It’s about naming the trauma, honoring where we came from, and choosing to stop it with us.

If you’ve ever felt the weight of survival on your shoulders, struggled with shame, or wondered why certain emotions or patterns cling to you, this conversation is for you. You are not alone.
