À propos de ce contenu audio
This episode is one of the heaviest and most important I’ve recorded. I’ve been working closely with my ancestors, and that work has brought me face-to-face with the truth of ancestral trauma—not just scarcity, but the fear of receiving help, the silence, the hyper-independence, and the belief that survival is the only way to exist.
Ancestral trauma doesn’t start with us, but it lives in us. It’s carried in our bodies, our nervous systems, the words passed down at kitchen tables, and the silence that shaped our homes. Science shows us that trauma can alter how our genes express themselves, and spiritually, we know it shows up in our patterns, our relationships, and our fears. In this episode, I open up about how I’ve seen these patterns in my own life, what it’s meant to break them, and the practices that have helped me begin to release what was never mine to carry.
This isn’t just about the past—it’s about ending cycles so our children don’t inherit what we never chose. Healing isn’t easy, but it’s possible. It’s about naming the trauma, honoring where we came from, and choosing to stop it with us.
If you’ve ever felt the weight of survival on your shoulders, struggled with shame, or wondered why certain emotions or patterns cling to you, this conversation is for you. You are not alone.
