The main reasons for high prices are high customs taxes on imports by the government and limited production of solar panels in the industry. But now from the start of 2024, prices have started decreasing from 100 PKR per watt, and by the end of January, prices decreased and reached 65 PKR per watt.

The first reason is a great increase in the production of solar panels in the world. The second is now government removes custom taxes on imports and also removes limitations.
