A recent SAP study reveals mixed feelings about implementing artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace. Surveying 4,000 managers and employees globally, the research highlights that AI knowledge significantly influences employee perceptions. Those with higher AI knowledge tend to view AI more positively and anticipate beneficial outcomes. In contrast, employees with lower AI understanding express concerns about AI's impact on their tasks, evaluations, rewards, and promotions. The study underscores the importance of investing in AI training to enhance adoption and maximize its benefits.
