      Stand-Alone 2025 _ Pastor Dan Stallbaum

(Deuteronomy 4:22-23) But I must die in this land, I must not go over Jordan: but ye shall go over, and possess that good land. 23 Take heed unto yourselves, lest ye forget the covenant of the LORD your God, which he made with you…

(Luke 8:22-25) Now it came to pass on a certain day, that he went into a ship with his disciples: and he said unto them, Let us go over unto the other side of the lake. And they launched forth. 23 But as they sailed He fell asleep: and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were filled with water, and were in jeopardy 24 And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Then he arose, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm. 25 And he said unto them, Where is your faith? And they being afraid wondered, saying one to another, What manner of man is this! For He commandeth even the winds and water, and they obey him.

(Deuteronomy 4:22-23) But I must die in this land, I must not go over Jordan: but ye shall go over, and possess that good land. 23 Take heed unto yourselves, lest ye forget the covenant of the LORD your God, which he made with you…

(Psalms 32:9 NLT) Do not be like a senseless horse or mule that needs a bit and bridle to keep it under control”

(Romans 5:6-8) 6 For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. 8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

      Who Told You That?

      Part 3 Pastor David King

(1 John 4:1) Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

(Genesis 12:1-3) 1 The Lord had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you. 2 “I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. 3 I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”

      The Promises

      1. To make him a _________________.
      2. To ____________.
      3. To give him ________.
      4. To bless all __________________.

      They gave us _____________________________.

(Romans 3:2) Much in every way! First of all, the Jews have been entrusted with the very words of God.

They gave us the_________ of the ____________.

(Galatians 3:16) The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. Scripture does not say “and to seeds,” meaning many people, but “and to your seed,” meaning one person, who is Christ.

(Genesis 12:7) The Lord appeared to Abram and said, “To your offspring I will give this land.” So, he built an altar there to the Lord, who had appeared to him.

    • Who Told You That? Part 2 - Women Speakers
      Oct 6 2025

Who Told You That? Part 2 Pastor David King

(1 Timothy 2:12) I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority

over a man; she must be quiet.

(1 Corinthians 14: 34-35) Women should remain silent in the churches.

They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the

law says. 35 If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their

own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the

      church.

(1 Corinthians 14:26) What then shall we say, brothers and sisters? When

you come together, each of you has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a

revelation, a tongue, or an interpretation. Everything must be done so that

the church may be built up.

(1 Corinthians 14:3 CEB) Those who prophesy speak to people, building

them up, and giving them encouragement and comfort.

(2 Timothy 4:2 NIV) Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of

season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful

      instruction.

(1 Corinthians 14:3 AMP) But [on the other hand] the one who prophesies

speaks to people for edification [to promote their spiritual growth] and

[speaks words of] encouragement [to uphold and advise them concerning

the matters of God] and [speaks words of] consolation [to compassionately

      comfort them].

      _________________________

(Proverbs 18:21 NIV) The tongue has the power of life and death, and those

who love it will eat its fruit.

(Ephesians 4:29) Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your

mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their

needs, that it may benefit those who listen.

      _________________________

(Hebrews 10:24-25) And let us consider how we may spur one another on

toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are

in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you

      see the Day approaching.

(1 Thessalonians 5:14) And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those

who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be

      patient with everyone.

      ______________________________

(Galatians 6:2) Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill

      the law of Christ.

(Philippians 1:6) being confident of this, that he who began a good work in

you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

(1 Corinthians 10:13) No temptation has overtaken you except what is

common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be

tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also

provide a way out so that you can endure it.
