The focus of this episode is to gain a broader understanding of how teachers and educationalists can make a wider difference to education through taking calculated risks and being brave. As a former teacher, Laura knows only too well the pressures within the classroom and talks with honesty and integrity about how she has looked to push herself to make a bigger contribution to the education sector and the impact of this. This interview shows us that there is no one right path and that if we can just look at life and careers through a different lens, there are a whole range of opportunities out there for us...as long as we are brave!
