"What's your favorite scary movie?" For spooky season, we're taking a look at one of the most sequel-y franchises ever with Scream (from Frightmaster Wes Craven). A series of meta films that complains about the repetitive nature of sequels, attacks the film industry, switches between scary and goofy, and features Parker Posey?! All of Spencer's dreams are coming true! Join scream queens Ian, Sam, Spencer, and returning spooktacular guest Katie Hettenbach (Katie Afraidy) for a debate about the best Scream movie, the pro-Palestinian tweet that changed the franchise, and the danger of nepo babies, AI, and ladders. Will Hollywood greenlight Zach Cregger's Stab film? Will Sidney's daughter make it as an actor? Will we reveal that the killer was Sidney's dog? (yes.) Tune in to find out who will cover Nick Cave's "Red Right Hand".

Happy 100th episode of Sequels 2: Rise of the Franchise!

In this very special celebration episode, we're looking at two franchises that came oh-so-close to a crossover back in 2014. Although it never materialized, thanks to the North Korean government, we are able to learn about it (as well as some personal emails from Scott Rudin and Amy Pascal). Join the secret society of writers, Ian, Sam, and Spencer (also known as Agents I, S, and disgraced former agent Sapienza) as we break down the secret story of when Men in Black met Jump Street with the help of past guests, and the return of Goo News.

Will Agent M return from Antarctica? Who does Jonah Hill flirt with problematically? Will the aliens need more medicine? Will we have too much to discuss and end up completely ignoring that time Rip Torn tried to rob a bank because he drunkenly mistook it for his house? Tune in to find out in MIB23.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA –Channing Tatum

Special thanks to (in order of appearance): Tyler Silby, Peter Liu, Wylie, Emi Schaufeld, Kath Davis, Ethan, Eli Christopher, Jimmy Cork, David Fu and Alice Murphy.
