  • 96. Why Your Body’s Signals Are Your Greatest Self-Care Guide: My Lessons Through Fertility Grief
    May 14 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Content Warning: This episode discusses difficult subjects, such as suicidal ideation, depression, mental health, trauma, and abuse. If you or someone you know is struggling, help is available.

Today's episode is probably my most personal so far.

And yet it is certainly not intended to be just a beautifully polished narrative about ME.

It is recorded with the intention of inviting you into a safe space where you might not feel so alone with anything you might be struggling with: health scares, fertility fears, relationship challenges, depression… LIFE.

Admittedly… I have felt lost and alone myself for the better part of the last couple of years. And something that I have learned firsthand is: Healing doesn’t happen in silence.

Yes, we might need to go into the silence of our own Being to understand the wound that needs healing, but it is through vulnerability, openness, sharing, and radical honesty that we can find the light again.

Some of the topics explored in this episode are:

    • How to differentiate between hiding and incubating when it comes to your healing process
    • The importance of trusting your intuition and your body's wisdom over systemic medical advice
    • How to choose and say yes to yourself, even if that might look like everything falling apart

I hope that this episode will remind you that your journey of emergence begins in the dark, where transformation quietly and courageously takes root.

  • 94. Messy Doesn’t Disqualify You, It Initiates You
    Apr 30 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

There are seasons in life when everything feels clear, aligned, and moving forward… and then there are seasons that feel uncertain, tender, undone. The spaces where things are falling away before anything new has fully arrived. The in-between. The messy middle.

In this episode, I want to talk about what it means to be in a season of transition — when you feel like you’re no longer who you were, but not quite who you’re becoming yet. The moments where life feels disorganized, chaotic, confusing, unclear, or difficult to make sense of. The places where we often judge ourselves the most, when maybe what we actually need is softness, compassion, and trust.

Today’s conversation is an invitation to pause inside the becoming. To honor the cycles of death and rebirth that exist within nature, within our bodies, and within our lives. To explore how messiness may not be a sign that something is wrong — but evidence that something sacred is unfolding.

I’ll be sharing a personal journal entry, reflections on the changing seasons, the symbolism of the “messy middle,” and practical ways to care for yourself when you feel overwhelmed, untethered, or caught between chapters.

If you’ve been feeling like you’re in transition… if things feel uncertain, extra emotional, or not yet resolved… this episode is for you.

Todays episode is a tough one… but a necessary one. I have done episodes like this in the past, and I can promise you that there will be continued conversations on these topics in the future. And that is really the point: we cannot have these conversations enough. Conversations about body image... about self love... about the less Instaglamorous sides of healing and self care.

If you are feeling a little off-center trying to navigate some sense of normalcy in your daily life while the world is in the state that it is… you are not alone. I want you to remember that your body is your most important asset. It is on your team. It is your partner. It is so worthy of your care and love and time and kind attention.

On today's episode, I am joined by Audrey Sutton Mills, who is a self-love teacher devoted to helping women quiet the inner critic and return to their truest selves: worthy, whole, free, and sovereign. Through her writing, programs, podcast, and retreats, she guides women toward deeper alignment and their fullest expression.

Today, I have the pleasure of discussing Audrey's new book, Quiet the Itty Bitty Shitty Committee: Five Self-Love Tools to Silence Your Inner Critic and Reclaim Your Worth.

This book and this conversation is so beautifully human, and everyone navigating this journey of life can benefit from the wisdom and insights Audrey so vulnerably, openly, and generously shares. • 90. Discipline: Self-Caring or Self-Constricting?
    Apr 1 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

In this episode, we are taking a look at the role that discipline plays in our life.

While it a beautiful skill to cultivate, the scales can easily be tipped into an overly egoic territory. I share how I unconsciously slipped into a prison of my own making… letting my discipline become walls I was building around myself.

    We explore:

    • What balance actually means in our life
    • How to work in partnership with our Higher Self to create a sustainable, aligned life that reflects our values
    • Structure vs. spontaneity
    • The relationships - within and without - that need refinement
    • The necessity of enthusiasm in our daily routines
