A fairly new Nurse Coach and first time podcast guest Cicily NC-BC is opening up bout her journey into Nurse Coaching! She, like a lot of Nurses in the medical profession, are getting back to our Florence Nightingale roots and trying to help people actually get HEALTHY!!!

We talk about how even though we are trying to leave the MAN and his paycheck, we also appreciate our bedside role even more now that we have gone through this specific training.

She’s passionate about a Mind, Body, Spirit approach that we feel is missing from the traditional medical model. People hear Holistic and automatically think WooWoo crystal healing but Holistic really just means Whole.

Her bedside nursing has mostly been on the cardiac floor and she’s bringing her heart centered approach into her coaching space! Listen till the end of this episode to get a heart centered mindfulness session as well!!!
