CONTENT WARNING: SUICIDE.
SEM;COLON is more than a dramatic audio performance. It's a student-led effort on the campus of Pell City High School designed to improve mental health (Follow on Instagram @project._semicolon). In this powerful episode, writers Anna Claire Hathorn and Emma Gibson provide an unflinching, first-person view of a student struggling with day-to-day life.
Directed by Hathorn, this episode features Kadence Smith, Carter Bibb, Maggie Hooie, Emma Gibson, Morgan Russell, Nicholas Fason, Mykah Lee and Gabriel Moore. Edited by Jeff Thompson. All music is original and used with permission.
If you are struggling with your mental health, please seek help.
The Black Box by Spotlight Studio was created by CEPA Management (@pellcitycepa, pellcitycepa.com). Season 2 is supported by Trussell Funderburg Rea Bell and Furgerson, Goodgame Co. and The Alabama State Council on the Arts.
