We talk about his somewhat accidental path to forming a strong relationship and ultimately becoming a co-franchisee with his former co-worker, now business partner. We talk about alot of the challenges in the industry and the requirement for businesses in the industry to be quickly adaptable. We also draw out valuable advice for those who may be looking to franchise into a similar style restaurant, but also being in the restaurant business in general and the aspects that he thinks are most important to defining a successful restaurant.
